"Listen here, mortal." The strange, large man with four arms and two faces leans down menacingly to your height. "You-"
"Get off this land or I will make you." You dared to interrupt him with a scowl.
His four ey...

And so you continued to train with the blades alongside your teacher, Sei Gojo.
For the next ten years, you trained relentlessly with your blades, becoming who you were destined to be. You strived to be the greatest fighter your ancestors had ever wished for and fulfill the dying wish of your grandmother, whom you held dear. You carried the weight of your title as The Chosen One with the most earnest, making sure the Ikigai felt safe and protected. After all, it was in your blood to be a guardian.
During your years, you mainly protected the people from the invasions of curses. Although you couldn't see them, you could feel them, and that was enough. Day and night, they would invade Aokigahara, despite the vines being impermeable. They just passed through with ease, as though they were ghosts that could defy the law of physics.
They were never an issue for you, as you used them for the opportunity to train and become stronger. Lately, however, invaders have been quite bothersome; their tools and tactics have evolved with their hunger for the riches of Aokigahara.
Aokigahara was still widely hunted for Her holy secretions, even after the barrier She built. Many invaders attempted to infiltrate the forest with brute force, oftentimes launching stone boulders over the walls and setting the vines aflame from the outside. These disturbances that continued to spread all around the territory instilled fear among the Ikigai, so you took it upon yourself to handle these disorders by going outside Aokigahara.
The Gojo advised you not to risk your life for the measly distractions, reminding you that Aokigahara would surely keep them out despite these troubles from outside. But your morals wouldn't allow it.
"I will not stand by and let them disrespect Her." You glare at the shuffling trespassers behind the ignited vines, as they reinforce themselves with thicker branches.
She grabbed you by the arm, "(Y/N). Please, if you go out there, there's no saying if you'll be let back in. No one has ever been outside of Aokigahara, not since the isolation. I will not allow you to fight hundreds of bloodthirsty men; you are just one girl."
"I am The Chosen One." You scowl, feeling the need to prove your worth, "I need to do this, Sei."
Without another word, you break free and approach Her walls. Hesitantly, the vines opened and revealed the trampled field surrounding Aokigahara's gates. As you stepped out and examined the dead grass and stumps of chopped trees, the caged and tortured livestock, the tents and camps that pulverized any flower and fruit in sight, the smoke of campfires that polluted the air, you mourned the dying evident all around you. It was horrid, not a shade better than death was in sight.
The bustling of men marching about suddenly grew eerily quiet as they watched you emerge from the impenetrable vines in complete awe. You saw rugged, malnourished men with bones poking out from their skin, missing limbs, torn and stained clothes, you saw it all. But what they saw was a giant, captivating woman who was the first to ever step foot out of The Forbidden Forest, Aokigahara.
