He still gives me butterflies, so, so many butterflies, and I can't have him anymore.

I can't feel his arms around me anymore. I can't say that I'm the reason he's smiling anymore. I can't ride in the back of the car with his arm around me.

Because he left me. He left me for... himself. He needs to focus on school, and sports, and I get that. He said he needed time to work on himself, and maybe we'll get back together, one day.

I doubt we'll ever get back together, he's avoiding me. I walk into a room near him, and he's going outside. I go outside, he disappears. I try to text him, he leaves me on delivered. I try to talk to him in person, and I can't even look at him, because I'll break down.

I love him so, so much. And he's not mine anymore.

He brought me closer to God, and his sister treats me as if I'm her sister-in-law, and his mom treats me like her daughter.

I miss him more than anything.
