~Chapter 1~ Vacation, Here We Come!

~Faith's POV~

"I'm gonna miss you so much!" Camille squealed. We were standing in front of the airport, and Louis and I were having our reunions with our best friends before leaving. I sighed. "I still cannot believe that it has been a year since the accident." My voice softened at the last part.

She nodded. "I know. I want to forget about it, but I keep having nightmares about it." I ran my fingers through my hair. It's been a nervous habit of mine ever since the accident. "Take good care of Harry for me, will ya?" I told her.

She smiled. "Of course." 

"Oh and whatever you do. Use protection." I said. I wiggled my eyebrows at the last part. Camille looked at me with wide eyes and slapped me in the arm. I winced. "Owie. Camille, that hurt." I playfully frowned at her. She laughed before walking away.

My other best friends, Wendy, Alana and Sabrina came running up to me. "OMG we are going to miss you so much!" Sabrina yelled as she enveloped me into a hug. I laughed as she kept me inside of her death grip. "It's only two weeks Bri Bri."

She slapped me across the face lightly. "You know how I hate when people call me that!" Sabrina exclaimed. "Dude!" I yelled while rubbing my cheek. "What's with everyone slapping me today?" I asked Alana and Wendy.

They both shrugged. "I don't know." Said Alana. I looked over at Wendy who had tears in her eyes. "Oh Wendy, don't cry." I said to her. "You know you're going to make me cry."

She sniffed. "I know, but I'm going to miss my Poptart Bestie so much!" She said. I laughed before hugging her. "Me too. Me too."

Louis walked over to us. "Faith, the lads want to say bye to you." He said. I told the girls more quick goodbyes before walking over to Zayn, Harry, Liam and Niall. "Bye Ni Ni!" I said hugging him. I went over to Liam. "Bye Li Li!" Liam pushed me away playfully. "You know I don't like it when you call me that." 

I winked at him. "Whatever you say, Li Li." I stood in front of Harry. "See ya later, Curly." He frowned. "No huggies?" I shook my head. "Nope." I said, popping the 'p'. "Whyyyyyyyyy?" Harry whined.

"Because when Louis and I announced that we were going to Jamaica, you said for us to use protection if we 'do anything'." He looked at me with a confused look. "So?"

I rolled my eyes. "Harry, you said that in public, in the middle of Starbucks." 

"What do I have to do for a huggie?" Harry asked with wonder. "Say you're sorry." I said.

"I'm sorry for humiliating you in public." Harry muttered under his breath. I hugged him. "That's better."

I walked over to Zayn. "Bye Quiffy!" I said. He rolled his eyes. "You are so childish, Faith." I shrugged. "That's just how I roll." I quickly hugged him and rushed back over to Louis. I turned around and waved one last goodbye before walking over to the airport terminal with him.

"You ready, babe?" Louis whispered in my ear as we handed in our boarding passes. "Ready as ever. Vacation here we come!" He laughed before quickly pecking my lips. "I still can't believe that we are together, Lou."

He shook his head. "Me neither."

I looked up at him as we boarded the plane. "Louis." I whispered.

"Yes love?" He asked.

I gulped. "I'm scared for this trip. What if it is a repeat of what happened with the accident?" He kissed me on the forehead. "Don't worry. The only thing that matters is that I'm here with you. Nothing will happen to you on my watch." I smiled before sitting down in my seat next to the window. I have the perfect boyfriend.

Once Louis put our carry-ons in the overhead bin, he slipped into the seat next to me. I squeezed my eyes shut once the plane was ready to take off. Once I felt it rise, I squeezed Louis' hand in reasurrance. He squeezed it back.

That was when I knew I was safe.

Or so I thought.
