"So what is the amazing Bobo and his sidekick Rexy boy looking for exactly?"
A large, heavy mechanical door had been opened, revealing two individuals standing in the now-open entrance. One of these beings was a chimpanzee-like creature named Bobo, dressed in human clothing and holding blasters at the ready.
"Dr. Holiday wanted us to look into an old lab that she mysteriously found on her scanner thing, in hopes of finding something or someone that could help in any way that they can."
The second person was a young-looking man, around his mid to late teens, with light brown tan skin, black hair, and an orange red jacket. He wore goggles, and seemed to be the type of person who was confident in his work; this was Rex, and he was the one responsible for hacking the door, as evidenced by his hand touching the controls and seemingly using some sort of technological power on it.
"Right, well, I guess I'll try to find the 'Someone'?"
"And I'll go look for the 'Something', we'll radio each other if we find anything."
Once both Bobo and Rex understood fully what needed to be done, they quickly split up and started to search around for someone or something; the ape simply looked through the first and upper floors, while the young teen went deeper down below, in the hopes of finding anything, and making this trip worth it.
"Hmm..."
As Rex walked down and through the deeper levels of the lab, he couldn't help but frown slightly and think deeply about something.
'I wonder if I'll find something that will help me remember about, well, anything about me really...'
Rex sighed; he was both hopeful yet doubtful about the possibility, but it didn't stop him from trying. So, after stopping himself and giving himself a moment to think straight and clearly, he put back on his confident expression and opened the door in front of him, looking inside and seeing what it had to offer him.
"Woah..."
What Rex saw and offered him, was a room filled with all kinds of technology, most of them being weapons from the looks of it, as far as he could tell, seeing things like a Whips, Bladed Wings, Swords, Chainsaws, Gatling Guns, Railguns, and Bombs, lots and lots and lots of Bombs, which made him very tense and careful.
"Hopefully I won't explode here..."
Having taken a moment to calm himself and be careful as possible, Rex returned to looking around the room, and while most of the items were weapons, either working or broken ones, he was able to find other things, like random robot parts, blueprints of some kind of machine designed for war, and, of course, what stood out the most to him, was something large that was hidden in the far back of the room, covered up by a large blanket sheet.
"Oooh, I hope it's something awesome, maybe a giant laser or maybe even a mech suit, I always wanted to ride one of those things after watching Evangelion!~"
From what Rex had found so far in this room, he couldn't help but be excited at the thought of finding something very cool to use and play around with; however, before he could make any plans on how to convince a certain someone back home to let him keep whatever he found here, he removed the large sheets and immediately gasped in shock at what he actually just found.
"Bobo! Call In Medical Backup! I've Found A Civilian That Might Need Health Care!"
Rex quickly radioed in to his ape partner for backup, looking back at what he saw as a pod, containing what he assumed was an unconscious human victim trapped inside. He quickly placed a hand on one of the pods, the one labeled as "B.D" and used his powers to hack and unlock it, letting it open and making the person inside fall out. Luckily, he was able to catch the person and gently bring him or her down to the floor.
"Hey, can you hear me? Are you OK? Please tell me if you're hurt in any way!"
Gently, Rex shook and snapped his fingers at the person, hoping to wake them up. While doing so, he was able to get a closer look to see who this was; he recognized that he was also a young female teen, probably the same age as him more or less, with black hair, very pale skin, wearing a black skirt and white shirt and a thin small choker collar around her neck, with a pin on it, which he accidentally pulled out when he tried to check her pulse, making Rex tense up slightly.
"Something tells me that this won't end well..."

I'm thinking this could be a Mix Verse crossover, where both Generator Rex and Chainsaw Man exist, but that's just my idea, what about you?
