one day, Snoopy starts to paint a picture of a blue sky until World War II sees him and scratches it with his claws,

and snoopy gets fed up and knocks on the door.

Sally opens it for him.

Cat next door scratched your art huh? She said.

Well, I have an idea Charlie Brown said I just bought a remote-control helicopter.

snoopy gasped with excitement and took it with him.

once snoopy turned on the helicopter, he flies over to World War II and the cat wakes up and tries to get it.
