Derek's Pov
My happiness is with the pack but mostly stiles. He is my mate but he doesn't know that yet and i'm gonna tell but after he graduates mates are a long life time commitment. He has the cutest smile I have ever seen even though he had been through hard times his smile is never fake around me or Peter and I can just tell that . I can't tell him yet or even after he graduates what if he declines and leaves the pack then its my fault but i'm at my my happiest when I'm around the pack especially stiles he always brings out my true smile and I can't thank him enough for that.  I just don't want to scare him because he genuinely means the world to me and he is so special he is just a big ball of energy going a million miles an hour s 
Stiles Pov
My happiness is the broody alpha hale I really do love him and I really want to speak to him about it I want to ask him out and be a cute couple with him but I know he will kick me out the pack . I know Scott will have me for being gay and in love with Derek.  Also I don't want to lose him Scott has been my best friend since we were in nappies. I know he has been a dick to me but oh well . He has always been there for me maybe sometimes a bit late but better late then never . Anyways Derek , his green eyes they are the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen . They are like a dark forest color and I know I can ramble about them for hours on end . I have to stop dreaming about him and all his perfect body and his most beautiful smile . I have to stop day dreaming about him I know it drives everyone crazy when I day dream but I can't help . I think to myself just look at your beautiful alpha I can't stop my self . He is genuinely stunning.  Derek is honestly so sweet towards me but cruel to everyone else . Like today Scott came and gave me a hug and Derek growled until Scott let go.I didn't want to ruin our friendship because we have grown so close since we meet I always had this connection to him and I don't know why he is always so strong and so head strong and he always knows how to calm me or the pack down when we have problems and Derek make me so happy . I get on to make dinner and it was just simple soup but I know everyone appreciate it . After a few moments I feel big and strong hands around my waist and a head stuck to my neck .Then I immediately knew who it was . Those hands are familiar it was Derek . I already knew but I made sure because he let me draw in his hand earlier it was a wolf howling at the full moon and flowers all around I was so happy he let me draw because I knew if anyone else did that they might not have made it out aloud. I was so lost in a trance I didn't register him say"mine .. mate" "what really I can be yours"whispering now "yes I have like you for a while now please come upstairs I want to tell you something else " he says "okay wait here give me a second" I say while walking out I didn't give him time answer me. I went to Lydia "hey Lyds will you do me a favour" I say a lil worried "yea course"she says sweetly I messaged her what happened she said "go on don't leave him waiting"she says with a smile. "okay thank you also check on dinner please" I say walking out I saw Derek at the bottom of the stairs. I grabbed his hand and walked up stairs . When we got to his room I kissed his cheek and he lowers his head in submission . "I'm sorry for not saying anything I was gonna wait until your graduation" he says now his head on my shoulder . I slowly brought us to his bed and we sat there for a good couple of hours. I messaged Lydia to tell her not to shouts us down and tell the pack not to interrupt and no one goes against what Lydia says especially if she has back up that includes Erica , Cora and Laura . Everyone is scared of the four girls individually but them they are all together it's better to nod and agree than no. Me and Derek laid on the bed and he wrapped his arms around my waist and his head on my chest and we just sat there not in an awkward silence just peaceful and we both nodded of this is my happiness
