"Ughh..." Kiana let out a groan as she felt that she had just woken up from a dream. "What happened? How did I was asleep?"

"Hm?" She then saw Mei, Bronya, Himeko, Fu Huaand Sin Mal beside her sleeping causing her to be confused even more. "Mei-senpai, Bratnya, Aunt Himeko and Class President is here. Why are we sleeping here?" She then realised something was wrong.

"Wait, where did Ritsuka-san and those woman go?!" She then looked around and saw wreckage of mech on the ground indicating that a battle once occurred here.

"Did they... fight? Wait, I remember. We were in a, what it's called, oh right a stalemate. And then..." She immediately stopped talking. 'Huh? What did we do after that?' She was confused as she cannot recall anything else other that a stalemate.

"Forget it, I need to help him fighting that woman." She stood up from her spot and ran towards a hole in the wall before stopping remembering something.

"I should probably wake the others up first." She turned around and started to wake up the others

After waking them up, All of them are following a trail of of dead Honkai Beast. "It's actually impressive that they managed to fight all of them with this amount." Himeko commented impressed by their skill dealing with it.

"But what worries me is the amount of Honkai Beast appeared in here. With this amount, even a squad full of A-Rank Valkyrie will have trouble dealing with it." 

"That's remind me, what's exactly is a Magician anyway?" Kiana turned her head and asked. "Ritsuka-san did once explain it but never say anything about it."

Himeko then thought for a moment on how to explain it to her since she still somewhat confused on the subject. Fortunately, Mei answered it for her.

"Magician is a title bestowed to someone that capable to create a miracle called Magic." She explained it to her. "For example, spells that involves manipulation of flames is categorised as magecraft because it can be recreated through science." She said showing an image of fire being created through a person hand on one side while the other one shows a fire being created with a matchstick.

"But Magic is different. Magic is the highest class of Mystery and a miracle that cannot recreated through science." She then turned towards her. "Kiana, what does Magic capable for you?"

"Um..." She stopped for a moment before answering it. "Something like, summoning lightning like Mei-senpai?" She answered hoping that her answer was correct.

"Although my lightning may look like magic since there's no one can do that, it can be seen as magecraft since there's a machine that can do the same thing."

"Eh?! So what kind of magic can... well, Magic can do?" Kiana was shocked that Mei lightning was not magic since she could summon one easily.

"Creation from nothingness, dimension travel and soul manipulation are the example of the once Five Magics of the Modern Era. It is said that the first people who had it is someone who managed to reach the Root itself."

"By the way, to explain how powerful they are, you can compare a Magician and a normal magus with you fighting against Bronya-chan in a game." An arrow struck through Kiana heart after hearing Mei analogy about it.

"Mei-senpai, you just rubbed salt on the wound." Kiana said with a teary eyes which caused Mei to try and calm her down.

"Sorry, Kiana-chan. I'll cook food for you after-" Himeko raised her hands signalling them to stop moving.
