Langris stayed with the Wizard King because he had to announce the new mission for the Green Spears. Langirs first asked him why he asked his Magic Knight Squad for this mission. He doesn't mind the fact that he picked his but others are as well available. The Wizard King then answered that he thought that the Green Spears were the only Magic Knight Squad to complete this mission. Langris was all ears after that he said. So the Wizard King explains to him that all of the members of the Green Spears have to participate in the mission because it is actually needed.
The Wizard King: "I need you all to go to the Spade Kingdom. There are rumors flying around of possible devils there. With the news that we got from the collaboration mission, those rumors might be true. The Spade Kingdom was ruled by the Dark Triad before my arrival as King there. I was their rightful heir just before my son was born. Now he is the heir of the throne and I need you and the Green Spears to inspect the Spade Kingdom and if there are possible devils there... then destroy them. Can you please do that for me?"
Langris: "Hmmm... I understand you wanting to protect your family heir. At the new House of Grinberryall but the cost is way too high and dangerous for my squad. We have 2 rookies, the rest are seniors but we never went on a mission all together so it's a risk... but I will accept it."
The Wizard King: "Good, I thank you for this Langris."
Langris: "Thank me after I save the Spade Kingdom and your family. It's going to be a dangerous mission yet again. I haven't been on a dangerous mission like this in so long... maybe it's because it's the first time that all of my members are going and I have the responsibility to take care of them. I don't know but let's see how they handle the news."
Langris left.

Yami: "I see that you are living the good life, Mr. Replacement Wizard King."
Wizard King Yuno: "I sensed that you were still here. You didn't need to eavesdrop. Langris probably felt that too."
Yami: "So you are sending Langris to the Spade Kingdom huh. I would've gone for Nacht but that is just my opinion."
Wizard King: "Nacht and the Dark Serpents are the worst Magic Knight Squad of the Clover Kingdom. I couldn't just let them handle a mission with possible devils. By the way, Nacht already has a mission."
Yami: "Really with his squad?"
Wizard King: "No, with you."
Langris arrived at the Green Spears' base and he sees his squad. Eiol is looking at the ground for stones, Funa plays loud music, Lantana paints the whole base down, Darius and Allakai are fighting because they want to know who the strongest of them two are even though Allakai is still a little injured. Samara is angry at Allakai because she can't heal him if he keeps moving and looking to fight Darius, Jail is just sitting there sleeping on the chair, Pau comes up to Langris and apologizes for this behavior. Langris looks at his squad he is imagining himself with this squad at the Spade Kingdom mission. He already looks desperate so he screams at everyone to stop what they are doing. Everybody except Jail looks at Langris and also stops goes to the Captain who is Langris and sits down in front of him saying 'Hey, Captain'. Langris tells them that he has some important news. Allakai is already thinking that it's about his reward for the collaboration mission, so is Samara and Darius. Eiol is thinking that it would be a gemstone so that Eiol could be more powerful, Funa thinks that it might be a new instrument for his favorite member of the squad which she thinks it's her and Lantana thinks that it might be a coupon for a new art tattoo. Pau is looking at them daydreaming and is losing all hope for this squad.
Langris: "We are all going on a mission together for the first time ever."
Pau: "Wow, this is... new."
Allakai and Darius: "SOOOO SWEETTTTTTTTTT."
Samara: "Wait did he just say all of us?"
Eiol: "Well if I can find new stones at the Spade Kingdom then why not?"
Funa: "After that can I have a new instrument, Captain?"
Lantana: "So no coupon for tattoos?"
Jail: "... <<wakes up>>."
Langris: "Apparently, there are some rumors spreading around about the Spade Kingdom having devils so we are going to have to inspect the kingdom and if there are any devils, we are going to have to eliminate them. Don't get too excited, this will be a dangerous mission, you can ask Allakai and Darius because they actually fought a devil. So the chances of us surviving if there is a devil attack are slim but don't worry, I AM HERE AS WELL."
Allakai and Darius: "CAPTAINNNNNNN!"
Pau: "I just have one question... is he also going? <<pointing at Jail>>."
Jail: "Hmm."
Pau: "He doesn't listen to anything I say, he doesn't train, he is not trustworthy, I sense a weird vibe and his mana is not recognizable. As your Vice Captain, I suggest leaving Jail here on such a dangerous mission. We can't risk having someone who doesn't care about his squadmates and doesn't train, we don't even know what magic he uses or maybe he doesn't use magic at all."
Jail: "I just do what the hell I want and if you have a problem with that Vice Captain then come and fight me."
Pau: "I've been holding back for the longest but I can't take it no more."
Langris: "ENOUGH! Pau, I understand your concern and it is true, we can't bring inexperienced magic knights on this mission but Allakai turned out alright. Eiol as well, Samara even better and look at you, you are a Vice Captain now. Everyone has to begin somewhere and me as the Captain of the Green Spears I fully trust all of y'all and I need all of y'all for this mission. So <<walks up to Jail>> Jail you are coming with us!"
Jail: "Ohhh... hahaha okay then, I have been doing nothing since so."
Pau: "Captain, please just hear me out."
Langris: "I heard you but this is my final decision. We are all going to the Spade Kingdom in 5 weeks. Be prepared because like I said, this mission will be everything for the Green Spears!"
