Demigods : When Chaos Rises

Mr. vines

I sat on my desk and Ashton my best friend sat next to me.
Ashton had been absent for the whole week , but his assay was done. I don't know how he did it , because he was very ill , so I was told.

" What were you doing at home this whole time. " I asked him .

" Oh... nothing really..." He replied nervously. I didn't know what he was nervous about , but never mind I did not want to ruffle him up. He had only just returned anyways, maybey it was the assay.

Just then Mr. Vines ,  our English teacher walked in and went to stand next to his desk.He wore a blue shirt with to buttons left open at the top and navy blue trousers, black belt and black Carvelas . He looked like he was in his early twenties and had pitch black hair. I didn't know why his surname was Vines I mean...wow...never heard of a Vines before. The whole class went quiet and stood up to greet him .

" Good morning grade elevens .."

" Good morning teacher . " The class replied.

" Ok, class you may sit .... and get ready to hand in your essays so that I may start with the marking. "

Everyone took out the essay and handed it in. I was very proud of my essay and was sure that I would get full marks, the whole class looked confident.

The teacher took one of the essays and read . I could see Theodora's name written with a neat hand writing on it .

" Looks promising so far.. " Mr . Vines exclaimed . He put that one down and pulled out another one..  He looked up at Adrian and nodded and then he pulled out another.
It had my  name typed in bold letters.
I don't know how mine got to the top , because I had put it at the bottom.

He read it for a few minutes and than looked up at me and grinned.
 
Well I geause I was right, I was going to ace this assay.
As he looked at me a voice spoke in my head... " Don't forget the bloodmoon ."  I nearly jumped from my seat .

" Did you say something ... " I asked Ashton next to me.
" Neh bro , I didn't say anything. " He said . l could see that he looked confused.

Now it felt like someone else in this class also knew about the existence of the gods and that person knew that I also knew about them , but who ?
