They can make land, living beings or plants fertile, allowing them to reproduce or grow, or make things infertile, making them unable to reproduce or grow.

As the God & the Embodiment with the Purview of Harvest, Balayang has chloroscience, chloropotence & can manipulate the harvest, the process of gathering mature crops from the fields that marks the end of the growing season, or the growing cycle for a particular crop.
