Backstory: Kirito was about 6 when he was spending time with his mother, they were walking down the street when kirito asked to go to the park. His mother said no. He was a bit sad but he just went along with it, as they didn't have much time or money. They finally reached their destination of home. Kirito went outside and played in the backyard for a little while, until his mother called out, time for dinner! He ran inside and noticed his father was home. Hi son, his dad said. Hi, he replied. They weren't that close because his father was always at work. They sat down at the table and ate and then his mother broke the silence. You're home early, she told his father. Yeah, I got an early break. He replied. How come? His mother asked. Well, I had been complaining a lot that I couldn't see my son much. He replied. How old are you now, son? His father asked. 6. Kirito replied. Wow, I've been gone awhile. My little guy is practically grown. He replied. Yeah. Kirito replied. They continued eating and then finished. Kirito, why don't you go to bed? His mother asked. I will, after I- he got cut off. No. Go to bed. His mother said sternly. Fine... he replied sadly. He slowly walked to his room and got into bed. He closed his eyes and went to sleep, but was quickly awoken by the sound of arguing. What if he gets a strong energy and can't control it? His father asked. Then we'll send him away until he can. His mother replied. What is it's too late? His father asked. Kirito just got too curious and walked out of his room and asked, what is an energy? Oh sweetie..did we wake you? His mother asked. Only to wake up to a bright light all around him. He was in some sort of... weird universe thing. There was one other person in there. It was a woman. She seemed to be floating, and now that he realized. Kirito realized he was floating too. The woman floated over to Kirito. This is required for time and space to work...I'm sorry child. The woman said. Wha- Kirito was cut off. The woman just repeatedly said I'm sorry until Kirito awoke from his strange dream. He looked down at his hands to see these weird diamond shapes on his hands. He continued on by putting gloves over them. He walked into the kitchen to see his mother cooking and his father waiting at the table. I'm hungry... Kirito groaned. He suddenly felt lightheaded and passed out. But he awoke immediately. The room was filled with this weird purple and blue aura. His parents weren't moving. He began to cry as his parents slowly started turning into what looked like skeletons. Once they fell into piles of bones, there was a huge explosion. Kirito got up and looked around at his destroyed home. He quickly ran until he couldn't run anymore. He stopped in a park and laid down under a tree. He suddenly realized he was bleeding. Before he could do anything about it, he passed out. 3 hours passed until a family was walking through the park. There was a little girl and a boy who looked to be just a few months younger than Kirito(and of course, their parents). The little girl suddenly said, look mommy! That boy is sleeping! I don't think he's sleeping... The boy added. I'm going to check on him. The boy told his parents. He walked over to kirito and asked, are you alright? He flipped kirito over. Mom! He's bleeding! The boy yelled. The yelling caused kirito to go conscious again. Agh- kirito groaned. Don't touch me, I'm dangerous. Kirito warned. You don't look dangerous. The boy replied. Don't worry, I'm going to help you. The boy added. I'm Souta. He told Kirito. He held out his hand. Fine then, if you won't grab my hand, I'll grab yours. Souta added. He grabbed Kirito's hand and pulled him off the ground. I'm sorry but I really have to run. Kirito said in a panic. He began to run. Mom, that boy needs serious medical attention. Go catch him! His mom yelled. Souta ran after Kirito. Wait! Don't run! Souta yelled. Suddenly Kirito passed out. He passed out! Souta yelled. His mom ran over, Keep his head elevated! His mom yelled. Rei! Pick him up! His mom yelled. Kirito began going in and out of consciousness. We have to get him to the hospital! Souta's mom yelled. Wait~ Kirito faintly said. If you take me to- to the hospital. They will take me away from the public. Kirito said sadly. Mom, please, I couldn't imagine being alone my whole life, so can we take him in and help him? Souta asked. I guess we'll have to... his mother replied. 15 minutes later, Kirito re-awoke. This time, Kirito was surrounded by the family as the mother worked on Kirito. She was stitching his forehead up. Agh- that hurts! Kirito yelped. It's going to hurt. Souta's mother told him. I'm all done, though. Souta's mother added. She began to wrap the stitches in bandages. He had a deep wound in his left shoulder and a few cuts on his arms. She fixed those too. The rest is history. Kirito was raised by Souta's parents until the age of 15.
