"Please?"

"No."

"Please?"

Zayn sighs, running his hand through his disheveled hair. "Nat, I can't."

I stick my bottom lip out, pouting. "Just try. Please?"

"You've only been awake for three days. The doctors are not going to release you so soon." Zayn leans back in his chair, rubbing his tired eyes.

"They might. Doctor Warren said I've been doing well. Besides, if they let me go home...or wherever we are staying, you can catch up on your sleep. When was the last time you slept longer than an hour?" I raise an eyebrow at my twin, knowing he can't answer that question.

Zayn tilts his head back on the chair. "You aren't going to give up are you?" He shuts his eyes.

"No." I shake my head. "I'm tired of staring at these white walls. They are boring. How am I suppose to get my memory back by staying in here?" I question him.

"Fine. I'll go see what I can do, but I'm going to send one of the lads in here to sit with you. I don't like the idea of you sitting alone." Zayn stands up, finally opening his eyes.

Is he going to send the Irish one in here? Zayn still hasn't told me how close I am with the boys or why I feel certain ways toward them. All I know is that they used to be my best friends. For some reason, Niall stands out the most to me. Why? I'm not sure. Part of me thinks it is because he is Irish while everyone else is British. That doesn't seem right, though. I don't understand this feeling. I never get close to guys. I haven't seen the rest of One Direction since the day I woke up.

"Fine." I cross my arms.

"I'm just worried about you. I lost you once. I don't want that to happen again." Zayn kisses my forehead.

"I understand." I sigh. I remember Zayn being protective of me, but this accident made him twenty times more protective.

"I'll go talk to the doctor." Zayn walks out of my hospital room, leaving me alone.

I really wish I could remember something. My memory is completely blank for the last couple of years. I don't remember anything. Not my birthdays. Not Zayn going on the X Factor. Not meeting these boys. Nothing. I don't even remember being in school. I only remember enrolling and getting accepted.

The door to my room swings open, and an unknown girl with brown hair down to her waist smiles at me. Who is this girl? She has a pair of skinny jeans on with a white jacket. She has a sweet smile on her face as she settles down on the chair next to my bed.

"Hi. I'm Eleanor." She grins at me.

"Uh. Hi?" I reply, hesitantly. Do I know her? "Do I-?"

"Know you?" She cuts me off, nodding. "Yes, you do. Or did?" Eleanor corrects herself.

"How?" I stare at her, confused. Nothing about her triggers a memory.

"Do you know who Louis is?" Eleanor tilts her head to the side, curiously.

I wrack my brain for information. Louis? Louis? Do I know a Louis? Oh, wait! He is part of One Direction! Do I remember anything else about him? No.

"Uh..He is in One Direction with Zayn, right?" I slide up in my bed to a sitting position.

"Right! I'm Louis's girlfriend. I met you when I joined you and the guys to Disney World in Florida." Eleanor smiles at me, warmly.

I've been to Disney World? Why did I have to lose that memory?! I've always dreamed of going to Disney. Now I've been and I don't even remember it!
