I shot up in the middle of the night when my phone started to ring out of nowhere.
"I was just beginning to sleep..damnit."
I rub my tired eyes, looking around the dark room for a moment to focus my vision. I then pick up my phone, seeing what all the ruckus from my phone was.
* Mr. Bang is calling... *
"What the heck?" How is he calling me?? Did Bubble even have a call option? And why is he calling me at this time?
I take a deep breath before answering.
"Hello...?"
"Yi Hwa! Hey!"
Why does he sound so excited?
"Hi, Chris. Why're you calling so late??"
"Oh I'm sorry, did I wake you?"
"Well...yeah, kinda. I just fell asleep but then you rang."
"Oh God, I'm sorry. I can talk tomorrow if you'd think that's bet-"
"No, it's fine! It's fine. We can talk now. What is it?"
"It's nothing important really. I'm just bored. I'm not able to sleep so I thought that maybe I could talk to you."
"A simple text wasn't enough?"
He chuckles, and it sounds soooooo attractive. I can't help but squeal on the inside.
"Nah, it wasn't enough."
"Mhmmmm"
"So, wanna hang out today? Do you have work?"
All of a sudden?
"What!?"
"What? Too soon?" He starts laughing softly.
"Well- no. But I never expected that. Whyyyy do you want to hang out with me exactly?"
"I wanna know who I'm talkin' to of course. So, what d'ya say?"
I bite my lower lip as I think about this. Has he seriously never heard of stranger danger or does he not care?
"What if I'm some psycho fan?"
"Well I have to meet you to know that, won't I?"

"Fine. Where and when?"
"This afternoon at 4, at the Namsan Botanical Garden."
"Alright, fine. Good thing I don't have work. Now go to sleep."
