This will all be in Sophie's POV unless I say otherwise and these first 2 chapters r not the best but after they're really good so don't just stop after the first one like most do

I stand outside Mr Forkle's secret hobbit office. He claims to have a mission for me, it better involve keeping Keefe with me because I don't want him to get hurt again. I rapped sharply on the door. "Come in," Mr Forkle's deep familiar voice boomed from inside and the door opened. "So what do you want?" I asked bluntly, plopping down in a chair.

"As I have told you I want you to go on a mission. And it's final it's not up for debate no matter how much you may dislike it. After a ton of searching I have discovered this unknown species called Wizards and Witches. They practice the art of magic and because you lived with the humans for 12 years I want you to go, complete a year at their school Hogwarts and report back to me when the final semester finishes."

My jaw dropped to the floor in absolute shock. "Ex-fucking-cuse me?! You can't just do that, everything has just slid into place and my life is finally 'normal'." She began. "Hell, I've just started my first healthy relationship!" Steam must've been spouting from her pointed ears. Stress can cause elves's ears to age faster

"It is not up for debate Miss Foster you will pack you bags according to the list provided and you will get on the train tomorrow morning you can spend the night with Keefe if you want to be with him before you go." My creator smirked lightly. He thinks this is a game. If he wants a game I'll give him one!

As she raised her crystal to the light she flipped him off. She cussed him out in her head; Overweight bitch who needs me to do all his shit-ass dirty work the lazy swine. Sophie trudged back into Havenfield, each foot step my made heavy heart beat in sorrow...

And that's a wrap on chapter 1 it may be shortish but it's kinda prologue in a way like sets the scene/mood. Me editing it later realising that it's some of the best shit I've ever written (vocab and description wise) I think reading more stories and never writing is helping seeing like 100 different writing styles helping me really create my writing style

Edit: 1 that's a lie, 2 this is short as fuck I'm sorry
