"Yeah we aren't doing that" Gracianne states

We are just arranging the slideshow for Yvonne's funeral and of course  her parents and sister demand to be able to include pictures.

I know Yvonne said she didn't want them involved but Brandon, April and myself agreed that including their pictures in the slideshow would be nice. Yvonne's falling out with her parents was recent Despite her bottling up her feelings for years, she was a daddy's girl, not including those pictures doesn't feel authentic. As for her sister, Yvonne is older than her sister by 2 years so they were really close and as kids they looked a lot a like that people thought they were twins, their only difference being Yvonne was a bit taller, they used to wear matching outfits and were genuinely close up until 2 years ago.

Yvonne's sister Lauralee would always joke with her siblings about the stuck up society their mom tries to raise them in, but when she realized her mom took pride in her kids because they were interested in things that appealed to their mom she started feeling entitled and turned against her siblings, started to make comments attacking Yvonne and Brandon, degrading them, their partners and their abilities. Yvonne felt hurt and betrayed and cut her sister off, only would see her at family events but would barely speak to her.

It was horrible, considering just how close they were, Yvonne was the maid of honour at her wedding. And this falling out kept Yvonne crying at night for days. Although she didn't get to make up with her sister I know it's only right to include the pictures in the send off.

We just didn't think they had to be here for this planning. That's the frustrating part.

"Mom listen, we are including pictures of you all doesn't mean you have a say in anything. We are going to put pictures of her young and then an adult. So it's a representation of her life. I don't want o hear anything else. We've been in this office for two hours. Yvonne's funeral is in two days. The slide show will be submitted everything else is planned. Meeting over this conversation is dropped!" Brandon states before standing up

"Let's go Vani" he says to his wife.

April, Manuel and myself follow, leaving Gracianne, Kirk and Lauralee speechless

"I hate being related to them" he huffs when we get out side

"You and Yvonne were raised by someone else im convinced" April chuckles

"I agree" I add as my phone goes off

"I know that's about Elissa. Go Toby everything is planned. Her send off is going to be great. Myself, you, Caleb, Manuel, April, and Vanessa as the pallbearers, myself, Vanessa, April, Manuel, Caleb, Hanna, you and spencer in the front, our kids in the second and my parents and sister in the third with her husband and kids. It's all sorted nothing else to plan so go be with your daughters" Brandon tells me

"Seriously Toby go. Everything is taken care of" April smiles resting a hand on my shoulder

"Okay. Call me if you need anything"

"Just take care of my niece"

"Always" I shoot brandon a smile as I get into my car.

"Are you alright?" i ask Elissa as Toby wheels her into the house.

The doctor told us that she should take it easy, no massive movements so we got her a wheelchair to take her around with.

No running, she can walk but no stair climbing. She has to stay very relaxed.

"Mhm" she nods and i hold the door open for Toby to push her in
