A Broken Star [DISCONTINUED]

The days got progressively worse and his health had not been in a good state nothing was going well for him nor for the rest of Iluna. It had been a rough couple of weeks but Aster can get through he thinks he can but part of him says not to force his body. The star had decided not to go to school today he doesn't think that he'll even last a day at home so he layed there in his bed staring at the ceiling. His bed was a mess but his floor was messier with tissues stained with blood scattered everywhere he's been thinking about the disease.

"It seems that you have caught the hanahaki disease" 

The nurse described the disease for him to understand. Aster was there fully sitting up after he had enough energy to do so. What the nurse had said was unbelievable, hanahaki disease, he really has it huh? 

"Now there is consequences to this disease of course."

He nodded his head whatever it was he was ready, he put himself in this situation because of his stupid passionate love towards the man he loved, towards Ren.

"There's no cure to this unfortunately but you have to do two of the things. Either you have to get it surgecally removed or....the disease continues on and....you die along with your feelings with that person."

Hearing this was another shock he couldn't afford a surgery he wasn't confident he could and if he did get it removed he still has to deal with seeing them everyday. On the other hand, the disease will continue and he just dies....Neither of these choices were positive but he'll think about it. He could feel Scarle looking at him she's probably as shocked and worried as he is. The star understood the choices he was given all he had to do was to do one if them he thanked the nurse and left the enchantress following close behind him.

"So what's your choice...?"

"I do know yet Scarle....Im not sure..."

They were both silently walking down the halls it seems almost everyone had left Aster looked outside at one of the windows the sun was beginning to set it was the afternoon suddenly Scarle stopped and spoke.

"Im sorry about Ren."

Aster gave Scarle a warm smile telling her it's ok and continued walking, before they left they grabbed their bags and headed out. They both walked together until they had separated to go their own ways back home Aster walked up to his apartment and headed up to his room he jumped on his bed face down suddenly he started to cry drenching his pillows with tears. He despised it.

A couple of minutes later he got a message it was from Scarle.

Aster set his phone aside on his night tables his eyelids felt heavy he needed to sleep..He needs to make his choice but he'll worry about that later.
