**2 WEEKS LATER**
The bell rings and I pack up my stuff. Eli walks over to me.
"Hey I can't hang out today, we and my mom are going to Orlando for the weekend." He put on a rubber band bracelet I ade for him at lunch.
"Damn then I'll be bored all weekend." I said and played with a rubber band.
"Yea I'm sorry." He stops when we reach my car. A lady is honking and waving Eli over.
"I gotta go, text you later." He waves and gets into the car and speeds off.
I wave back as the car turns a corner leaving my line of sight.
"Hey." A voice says behind me.
I turn around and a brunette guy is standing there.
"Hi...." I say and he walks towards me.
"What's your name? I've never seen you around here." He leans against my Jeep.
"Vin. Why? Who are you?" I say and cross my arms.
He smiles and looks down at me. I didn't realize he was so tall.
"Haze." He pays my head and I swipe his hand away playfully.
"Cool." I say and look up at him.
He had very light freckles dotting his cheeks, fluffy dark brown hair, and rings on his fingers.
He hands me a paper with a phone number on it.
"Call me." He walks away.
**Current time: 7:30 pm**
I look at the paper in front of me on my bed, debating if I should call him or not.
I finally give in and grab my phone dialing his number.
**Haze's POV**
I lay down and check my phone.
No texts, no calls.
Maybe she won't call.
Damnit she's so hot.
Suddenly my phone starts ringing and I pick it up.
"Hello?" I ask hoping it's her.
"Hey it's Vin." She says quietly.
I let out a small chuckle.
"I almost thought you wouldn't call. How are you?" I ask trying not to sound to desperate.
"Good." She shuffles around.
"I'm bored." I say.

"Same." She sounds bored.
"Wanna come to my place?" I ask.

"Uh...its kind of late..."

"Oh yea uh....it's ok it was a stupid question." I say and rub the back of my head.
"But do you wanna meet at the beach...." She asks and I shoot up.
"Oh...uh....sure, see you there" I say and she hangs up.
**At the beach**
I've been waiting for 5 minutes by the bathrooms at the beach where we agreed to meet.
"Haze?" I hear her behind me and I whip around.
"Hey." I smile.
"What's up?" She asks and I walk towards her.
"You're very pretty you know that..?" I examine her features.
"I'm kind of aware...." She has a light blush on her face.
I lift her chin up. "Vin,Vin,Vin." I caress her cheek.
My eyes look down to her lips, hers do the same.
I lean in slowly.
Our lips meet and I wrap my arms around her waist.
I deepen the kiss and she pulls away.
"Haze I barley know you.." she looks down and I lift her chin up again.
"So? I could know you." I say and tuck a strand of her smooth black hair behind her ear.
"Haze what am I going to do with you?" She asks and puts her arms around my neck.
I shrug and pull her in again.
