Chapter 3 - Friends Back Home

'If only I could actually breathe around you, Y/N...' Kazuha thought to herself as she stole a look at your side profile in the moon lit sky.

Eventually they got to the restaurant and got their meals. They took them to a near by table and enjoyed it before they headed back to their dorms. Small chatter was had all the way back, and they finally started to get more comfortable with each other. Friendly talk at the very least.

They finally got back to the dorms and Y/N walked Kazuha to her door. "Well, thanks again for accompanying me tonight. I'm sure it was a lot for you since you had just finished moving in and all-"

"Oh no no no, it's fine Kazuha! It was enjoyable. I was getting hungry as well so it was nice. It is my job to go technically; but still I had a nice time. Don't even hesitate to ask me to help you on stuff like this again, okay?" You reassured her with a smile.

Kazuha smiled back and turned slightly blush colored and quickly dove in and gave you a small hug. You panicked at first but slowly rubbed her arms back, not sure where the boundaries were, but wanted to be sure she knew you were comfortable in the moment. Or at least you were till the girls' dorm door opened.

"HUHHH. GIRLS! I told you if you were gonna date that I was to be informed! What was so hard to understand about that, hmm??" Yunjin practically shouted at you both with a hand on her hip. You looked at each other and were too surprised for a second to speak. Thankfully, Chaewon rushed her back into the house with a stern look and Sakura came to the door.

"As stated before, ignore her. Zuha, we were wondering where you went. We all got back to an empty dorm and then we found Y/N's dorm empty too. You guys go get food?"

After you both regained your poise in emotions; Kazuha told her about what your night entailed.

"I had no problem with helping her either, so don't worry. It was nice to go. I'm gonna be around all of you a lot these next few months, so the more I know you all, and maybe even befriend you guys, the better the experience for all of us I think." You smiled to Sakura before turning to Kazuha. "Hope your food filled self sleeps well tonight. Sleep good girls!" You wave.

Kazuha smiled and waved shyly and watched as you disappeared into your door. She let out a exhale after your door shut, forgetting Sakura was leaning on the door frame next to her. "Damn, Zuha, your feelings finally decided to show for someone and it was the new manager?" she said with a smirk.

"Sakura, stopppppp. I'm not sure what I feel she's just really pretty and kind. It took a lot out of my extrovert reserve to be around her and open up to her. I think I'm going to go lay down and...relax. Please don't be too loud when you come to our room, okay?" They share a hug before she goes into her room.

Sakura returned to the front room and sat next to Chaewon, who was currently cuddling a sleepy Yunjin. "I think our maknae 2.0 has a crush."

"They've only just met today, Sakura. She's probably just trying to find a healthy friendship with the new manager. You know as well as I do that she leaned on the old manager a lot since she didn't want to pressure us with her needs or subjects of help too often. We should be thankful at all she found enough confidence in herself to open up to her so quick. She isn't nearly as outgoing as our baby manchae." Chaewon stated.

"Yeah, maybe you're right. I don't know though, she really seemed very flustered when I just got her at the door. Honestly though; if she finds something or someone to help her find her confidence and be happy with them, I'm happy for her. She's had a lot go down so far in a short period of time so she deserves some peace of mind." The girls fall into a hush as they watch the movie playing on the tv.
