After two minutes PA came back with a bunch of flowers......
She keeps the flowers on the table.....
KS- tum ja sakti ho....
Karishma is surprised ....... the flowers had a shine on them.....

Roughly half an hour has when again there is knock on her door..... Again Karishma PA came....with a box her hands....
KS- Kya hua.....
PA- Mam ek aur parcel hai .....
KS- rakho yaha....
PA keeps the box on table and leaves..... Then Karishma opens the box and finds a beautiful dress and another message.....
Please yeh dress pahne na... please love ....I will be waiting outside your office when you are free .... Love you...
