gift fic for my moot Callie :D

Drew was just sitting down near Jake and Tom as everyone spoke. Miriam had gotten her million back after Tom had gotten it back for her and everyone was waiting for the bus.

Appearantly, The bus wouldn't be there for a few hours, since the camp was so far away from the nearest town.

Drew was just looking though his notebook and all the things he had written. Remembering why he had written those things and what they were a response too.

He was starting to get a little uncomfortable with the level of noise in the camp due to everyone chatting. Ashley, Lill, and Will were being especially loud.

The only ones being quiet were Nick, Alec, Grett, and Fiore. Nick and Alec were sitting on the bench and Drew didn't even know where Fiore was. Grett was just leaning on a tree.

Drew started to get really panicked with the level of noise. It started to hurt his ears and give him a headache. So with unshed tears in his eyes, he quickly got up and went into one of the cabins nearby.

Fiore walked around the campsite bored. All of the campers were there after Miriam had won the million. They were all lost in conversation.

Fiore had no intent of joining in any of their conversation, although, they probably wouldn't want her to join anyways.

The girl picked up her notebook and angrily wrote down whichever thoughts came to mind first. It looked blurry and scrambled up unlike her usual neat handwriting. She hated the voting ceremonies because she had to write as if she didn't know how to.

She sat there scribbling angrily in her notebook for a few minutes until a noise caght her attention, it sort of sounded like a sob.

Closing her note book and standing up, she glanced around until she heard the noise again.

She started to walk in that direction, wondering where the noise had come from.

It lead her into one of the cabins, Fiore remembered sleeping in that cabin and shivering on her bunk bed, kind of wishing she could cuddle with Alec. She hated that she had thought that. She was alone in this world and getting attached was dangerous.

As she stepped in the cabin, she immediately noticed the brown haired boy sitting in the corner with his hands covering his ears. She could still hear the loud chatter of the other contestants outside.

Fiore was going to ignore him and walk away, but something stopped her from doing so. She, instead, walked over to Drew and sat down in front of him.

She gently placed a hand on his shoulder and spoke. "Drew? Are you alright?" She asked the panicking boy.

Drew slowly nodded his head, but Fiore knew he was lying.

"No you're not...what's wrong?"

Drew picked up his notebook and scribbled down some words. He turned around the notebook to show her what he had written. 'Too loud' , Fiore read.

"Oh, you mean everyone chatting outside is too loud?"

Drew nodded.

Fiore got up for a moment and went over to close the cabin door that had been open previously, knowing that was probably one of the reasons for Drew's breakdown. Since it was easier for the noise to get inside the cabin when the door was open.

"There. The door is closed. That should numb the noise down" The girl spoke.

Drew nodded and Fiore went back over to him and sat beside him.

"Is it a little better now?" She asked him.

Drew scribbled on his notebook and showed her. 'Yeah, Thanks'.

Fiore nodded and asked him another question. "Are you noise sensitive?"

He wrote down something again and showed it to her. 'Yes, my parents always used to fight and the noise they would make made me noise sensitive'

"Yeah, Same...kind of. My mom is really loud so I can't stand loud noises" Fiore said.

The two sat there for a while and 'talked' to each other. Fiore would say something and wait patiently for Drew to write down and show her his response.

Drew really liked being able to 'talk' to Fiore. It was a good distraction from the noise, and Fiore was surprisingly nice to him.

The two's attention was grabbed when someone poked their head into the cabin.

"Dan?" Fiore spoke.

"The bus is here" Dan told the two.

"Oh, alright" Fiore replied. She stood up and held out a hand for Drew to grab as they left the cabin.

The two sat on the bus next to each other on the way home. It turned out they lived surprisingly close to each other, and they sat next to each other on the plane home.

The enjoyed each other's company on the way home.
