Kai stumbles out of bed, his large feet getting tangled in the thick comforter but it doesn't douse his excitement for the trip. He has 10 minutes to make himself presentable and well-fed till Y/N arrives.
He takes the quickest shower of his life— Taehyun is dumbstruck by his speed— and dresses in a black t-shirt that says"Well, here I am. What are your other two wishes?" written in white bold-italic sans with a symbolic winky face and heart underneath the words— Taehyun wonders why the heck he has such a shirt and when he bought it because it was corny as hell.
He throws on a black hoodie over the shirt with the zippers open and clads his legs with black jeans. He runs his fingers through his blonde hair as his other hand racks his accessory drawer in search of a silver chain and finally, finds it. He clips it in the right side of two of the belt loops and then, properly, brushes his hair with a hair brush.
Just then, the dorm bell rings and he rushes to open it but Soobin does it before him.
Y/N stands before the door in a white V-neck, satin shirt tucked into her brown, high-waisted, suit pants. Her shoulders bear a matching brown, midthigh-length coat; her neck adorns a simple 'infinity' necklace with small stones in it. Gold hoop earrings and a set of 3 rings with stones in them on her ears and right-hand fingers, respectively, and minimum makeup complete her look. Her open-toes, basic, white heels click on the dorm floor when she walks inside, shoving her phone into her pocket.
"Hi, Binnie. Where's Kai?" She asks, pushing the stubborn tendril behind her ear.
"Here I am!" Kai hops to her while trying to put on his socks but Y/N stops and pushes him on the couch with a disapproving look.
"Sit and wear or else you'll fall."
"Would you like something, Manager Y/N?" Soobin stresses the word 'manager' so that the younger member gets the 'hint' but he is too excited to notice.
"Oh, no, thank you. I'll have breakfast in a bit. Did you have breakfast, Kai?" She says to Soobin then turns to Kai.
