Is it bad I use stuff that's meant to help w anger issues to help w my own anger?
I'm undiagnosed and I'm not sure I have it, but according to some doctor (not my doctor, one I found online)-- I have a few symptoms but maybe I'm just a angry person.
I really wanna try and be nicer in real life (I think I'm quite nice online) because I lash out a lot, I overreact, and I for some reason just can't say "jusst, nevermind.." Before it escalates, in fact I think I make it escalate further and I hate it I hate it I hate it, I really do wanna be a nice, kind person, but for some reason I have so much damn trouble doing so. and I don't know why ?? --
-- so I found a thing that lists reasons to help with anger issues so I could stop being like it, but now I'm worried it'd be offensive to use something like that for something I don't even have --
I don't know, can any of y'all list stuff that might help, and if anybody who sees this have anger issues, please say if its offensive cuz I don't wanna offend anyone
