There Is Always A Queen Bee, I'm Her

Jessica's POV

Stupid Aidan, I am going to be late yet again, why did our parents marry each other? My life was much easier when he was just an idiot on the student council and not my step-brother. I can't believe my dad fell for his dad, who knew my dad had a thing for strong men, I always thought he liked the feminine ones, oh well.

I honked my car's horn again indicating that Aidan should get his ass out of the house now, I cannot continue to be late, it won't look good on my college applications. Thinking about it, I shouldn't really worry about that, I mean come on, I'm Jessica Wright, heir to the Wright Cooperation, granddaughter of the great Liz Wright who is the richest woman in the world and a huge benefactor of Breyer's Academy. Now don't get me wrong, I could have used that knowledge to my advantage but everything that I am was earned and not a bonus because of my family's name.

I am Student Body President because I am loved and worshipped. Well worship is a pretty vain word but I do have fans. Come one, there is always a queen bee, I'm her.

It took Aidan five more minutes to grace me with his presence.

"You smell nice,' I said trying not to be mean.

"Don't I always," he replied and I still cold not understood why girls liked so much, he is very gross.

I drove as fast as I could, well within the speed limit and made it to the academy is record time. Aidan got out of the car as soon as I parked but before I could do the same, me cell phone wrung out. I took a second to appreciate Taylor Swift singing Bad Blood before answering Headmaster O'Hara.

"Good morning Headmaster."

"Hello Jessica, I have a job for you to do right now."

"Okay."

"We have a new student today, a special transferee, I would like you to take her under your wing please. I was told that she was approaching the main steps."

"Why would you want me to do that Headmaster. Surely someone else from the council would be better suited."

"Nonsense, she needs the best and you are the best. So make a move, I see that you are late, again."

"I am sorry about that, I'm not accustomed living with new people. I will take care of the situation."

"Good. Her name is Katharina Parker. Thank you Ms. Wright," was the last thing I heard before he hung up. Katharina Parker, why doe that name sound so familiar, I've heard that name before, I just can't put my finger on it, oh well.

I got out the car and walked to the direction of the main stairs, that's when I realised that Aidan was talking to someone, it must be her.

"Aidan have you seen my sun glasses, I can't seem to....oh hello," I said trying to ease my way into the situation. I couldn't notice that Aidan was laughing really loudly but she was glaring, "wait did I miss something?"

That's when Aidan told me about her knickers and she clumsily also gave me a view. Don't I have my hands full with this one. I still was trying to figure out where I heard her name before.

I introduced my self and told her that I knew who she is and told her that I was assigned to her and began walking past her when something caught my eye. I was finally able to see her face clearly as I walked past her and everything hit me at once. I know who she is, I thought and I felt my heartbeat quicken and I began cold sweating. I know who she is and what she wants. She is here to end me.
