Kageyama came out of school at around 5pm and walked all the way inside an empty home. The walls were hanged with pictures of his sister, Miwa, his grandfather and him happy and smiling. There was never photos of his parents, ever, even if it was his late grandfather's house.

Sometimes Kageyama would think.'Why must I live my life this way?' before replying to his own question, 'I deserve this kind of punishment every day.'

He cooked an omelette and ate it, looking at his phone, reading whatever was happening in the Volleyball group chat.

Kageyama finished eating his omelette and put down his phone to go do his homework, he could understand every question, but he purposely wrote the answers to some of the questions wrong, that way, he will pass, and he will stay in the average score.

'11 p.m.' The clock on Kageyama's wall showed the time. Kageyama thought' I should go and change and pack my bag for the training camp.'

He had put his practice clothes, volleyball shoes, skincare products, clothes for possible outings, bandages, makeup, a dagger, pajamas, etc etc, all in his bag.

He then checked the time and saw that it was now 11:30 p.m. , so he walked into his late grandfather's room to say bye and walked to the school.

It was 11:45 p.m. , Kageyama reached the school to see the third years, Tadeka Sensei, and Coach Ukai there. "Oh Kageyama! Your early, come take a seat in the bus." Kageyama took the window seat at the very front so he doesn't have to sit with anyone.

Tsukkishima and Yamaguchi were next and they took the seat near the back, The forgotten trio made it and sat at the very back to gossip and talk about their otp, Yachi went to sit with Kiyoko, Tanaka and Nishinoya sat opposite Tsukkiyama, Daisuga sat in the front near the coaches and Kageyama, and Asahi sat near Kageyama. Hinata was late and sat behind Kageyama.

They finally reached the training camp and saw Nekoma, Seijoh, Fukurodani, and Inarizaki already there. "Looks like the crows are always fashionably late." Kuroo said, and noticed, "Oi Tsukki! You miss us?" "Yah Tsukki."
"Shut up." Tsukkishima said, clearly grumpy that he didn't get enough sleep.

"Tobio kun!" "Tobio Chan!" " Wait who are you to call him Tobio kun!?" "Who are You to call Tobio Chan Tobio kun?!" Oikawa and Atsumu started bickering before getting hit in the head by both Iwaizumi and Kita.

"KENMA!" "Shouyo!" The two started talking while the rest of the teams were having a weird but joyful reunion, all but one. Kageyama Tobio.

'Finally I can have a bit more fun.' Tobi thought. He noticed Kindaichi and Kunimi staring at him with anger in their eyes, and so Kageyama just smiled and waved to them, knowing that it will trigger Kindaichi.

*Kindaichi pov*
Kunimi and I just got off the bus and I see that Karasuno isn't there yet. After half an hour, their bus finally arrived.
They all got off the bus and the first thing I hear is 'ToBiO cHaN" from my captain.

Jeez is he a yandere or something, then he started bickering with like Barry Bee Benson for no reason. So Iwaizumi and the captain from Inarizaki both hit their heads with a volleyball and a plant pot respectively.

Then I saw him, the tyrant King, the one that made me, Kunimi, the rest of our team suffer, Kageyama Tobio. I nudged Kunimi to inform him that the King was still there but he had already noticed.

I wanted revenge for everything else and also to avenge our former teammates, and Kunimi just hates him I guess.

*Kunimi pov*
I saw the King of the Court, Kageyama so I just staring at him to initiate a staring contest, winner gets to force the loser in a maid dress, why it was funny, and it is good blackmail for the king.

Kindaichi nudged me but I ignored him, I am not losing this competition.
How does he not blink for so long?! That's an unfair advantage. I should stare like I'm angry so he will get intimidated and blink.

When the King noticed me he smiled and waved, it was a bit awkward and adorable, but it was also cold in a sense. Wait he closed his eyes, HE BLINKED! I win, I'll go and tell Oikawa, he most likely want to see Kags in a maid dress too.

I think Kindaichi is seeing red, he is literally clenching his fists, etc etc
What the hell is he thinking?

*Back to Kindaichi pov*
I started to stare at him intensely to try and trigger him, he seemed to noticed it.
HE JUST SMILED AND WAVE?! THE KING JUST SMILED AND WAVED LIKE WE WERE FRIENDS, THIS IS FUCKING BULLSHIT. I HATE THIS KID, I WILL TAKE REVENGE ON HIM EVEN IF IT WILL HURT HIM.
