Chapter 5
Clover eventually hugged their family before leaving out and heading for Snowdin.
They looked back at the wild east before ringing a bell and watching a familiar looking whale appear,to which made them airborne in an instant,heading to their location.
Clover eventually stuck the landing in Snowdin and thanked the whale before treking through the area,waving and interacting with some familiar friends along the way.
Without even realizing,Clover accidentally got caught up in helping with errands for a certain birdlike aunt of theirs,before resuming their trek.
After a while,They finally made it to their destination;the ruins.
As they slowly traversed the ruins,they were suprised to see how dusty a few parts of the ruins had gotten.
They eventually made it to a certain hole above the ceiling,and attached a rope to climb above it and backtrack.
After walking all this way,they slowed their pace and caught their breath. They almost felt silly for venturing this far just for a chance at something,but still continued.
It was'nt very long until what they travelled for was seen:a single large sentient buttercup looking back at them in a patch of buttercups.
"Hey,look who it is. What brings the monster-hugger all of the way outta here? Come to ask for my forgiveness? Mabye wanna resume our little plan?"
Flowey said to Clover sarcastically.
"I never expected your face,of all to show up here again,but nothing is new under the sun as they say."
He added.
Clover looked at Flowey conflicted.
"I want to ask you a favor."

"No way. You expect me to do something for you when you betrayed ME?!"
Flowey said angrily.
"Please,I really want to give them a happy life. They deserve it after...."
Clover said.
"After..? Look,nevermind. I dont really care. How about you go back to playing house with those fools if you are not going to storm Asgore's castle and geg what I want for me."
Flowey said,still annoyed.
"I can't do that. Its not right,plus Ill jeopardize their treatment. Please,I'll do anything. Just help me one single time,Flowey."
Clover said sadly.
Eventually,Flowey began laughing maniacally.
"Fine. But remember,anything I want. You better follow through on that when the time comes!"
Flowey replied,quite calmly compared to hus previous behavior.
Clover nodded deeply before SAVING using Flowey's help,and headed back for home.

Clover eventually knocked on the estate's door,and soon found Ceroba opening the door with a slightly worried look on their face.
"Your home early,Clover. Welcome back."
Ceroba said before bringing Clover into the house and resuming the task they were currently completing.
There was a slight sense of apprehension in the air,most definitely because of the big unknown,
"So,Did you find what you were looking for,Clover? It must have been really important for you to postpone the procedure."
Clover flinched a little,unsure of what to say,but before they could,Ceroba continued talking.
"I know something's up Clover. Its not like you to just choose something so drastic,and then pass it off as "something you wanted to do". You definitely would have made it less of a mystery if it was'nt something important."
Ceroba said,appearing stoic,yet concerned at the same time if it even was possible.
"I-it was just something I had to do,dont worry.."
Clover pulled together.
"But that does'nt answer my question,Clover. Its important for me to know things like this,not that I dont trust you. Its my job to keep track and take care of you and Kanako."
Ceroba prodded. She knew that she struck a cord with Clover,as they began to look more guilty and cornered with each word presented.
"I-I'll tell you later then..Yeah. Right now Is not a good time."
Clover finally replied,after deafening silence.
"I expect you to,Clover. Secrets just fester,and get worser as time goes by."

"According to what we've studied,the human was spotted in snowdin today. Should we focus our efforts there?"
"Not entirely. I have a...better plan."
Shrounded in shadows, a meeting between royal guards formed. One by one,each was assigned a patrolling area.
"Today marks the Fifth year that our team has dedicated themselves in an attempt to capture the elusive human. I feel that our efforts were....Lacking,to say the least."
"That is to say,from this point forward,I am assigning everyone new routines."
Eventually,they were dismissed one by one after being assigned new tasks,
Until eventually,the unknown figure's voice was made known once again.
"You two. Stay,I have a different plan for both of you to enact."
Two figures emerged from the shadows to hear their superior.
"Since both of you are our newest recruits,I feel it better to position you in areas less travelled. I want you both to patrol a specific area of hotland tomorrow,per intel recieved in our recent meeting. I do not think that the human will be seen there,but I have absolute faith that your position is best suited for you."
