Chapter 40

It's a Monday and of course it's a school day.

*In the Master's bedroom

Mrs. Kim set an alarm last night since they slept late because of the movie.

Mr. Kim: Hey Hon! Your alarm.

Mrs. Kim: Oh right, I need to get up.

Mr. Kim: Seriously!? It's still 4 am.

Mrs. Kim: How about you make breakfast for the kids today, Huh!?

Mr. Kim: How about I just help you? Hehe😅

Mrs. Kim: Gosh I can't with you (Teasing)

Mr. And Mrs. Kim went to the kitchen to prepare the foods for their kids.

They have maids but they prefer to cook for their kids.

Anyways...

It was 5 already when Mrs. Kim finished cooking while Mr. Kim is setting the table. Just then they heard a loud bang coming from outside that made all the kids awake. All the boys went downstairs except for Jungkook and V. While Mr. Kim told his men's to check where the sound came from and what it was.

Jin: Appa!

Jimin: What was that?

Jhope: That sounded like a gun shot.

Mr. Kim: Don't worry I already told the men's to check. Are you alright Honey?

Mrs. Kim: I'm fine. How about the girls?

Suga: They're fine eomma,  Jungkook and Taehyung are with them.

Mr. Kim: What about Ella, Is she alright?

Namjoon: Well when we heard the sound, all of us directly went to her room to go check on her.

Jin: She was crying but when the girls arrived she stopped immediately.

Mr. Kim:Do you want to check on her?

Mrs. Kim nodded and went to Ella's room, but when she was about to go inside she saw the girls with Ella in between them, hugging while sleeping, so she didn't hesitate and just  leave the room.

*Meanwhile in the living room*

Jhope: What should we do appa?

Mr. Kim: Let's not think about that yet, we need to make sure who's our enemy this time.

Mrs. Kim: Your appa is right, we can't just jump into conclusion, it could be anyone.

Mr. Kim: Oh hon, is Ella alright?

Mrs. Kim: Well with her siblings by her side, she's fine.

Mr. Kim: They are just attached to each other.

Mrs. Kim: Well, Ella growing up being an only child, she's thirsty of attention.

Mr. Kim: But didn't you gave all your attention to her.

Mrs. Kim: When I'm with her obviously I would give her all my attention. But I'm not always home.

Jin: It's okay eomma, we're all here for her now, right?!

Mrs. Kim: Yeah, I really don't have to worry about her anymore with you by her side. But you also have to be careful okay?

Jimin: Of course eomma.

*1 Hour Later*

Mrs. Kim have already made breakfast and called everyone to eat.

Mrs. Kim: Alright everybody, come down and eat, kids you still have classes.

All of them came slowly downstairs

Rosé: Wow Eomma that smells so good.

Lisa: Come on every food always smells good to you. (Teasing)

Rosé: Whatever (rolled her eyes)

Mr. Kim: Ok that's enough already you guys need to be quick or else you'll be late.

All of them sat down, but Mrs. Kim noticed something...

Mrs. Kim: Hold on!

Jin: Why eomma?

Mrs. Kim: Where's your 3 sisters?

Jungkook: Ask Lisa and Rosé, they were with them.

Lisa: Well they are probably still helping Ella getting ready since she wasn't awake yet when we left the room.

Rosé: Do you want me to check on them eomma?

Mrs. Kim: No it's fine Rosé, just eat your food so that you won't be late.

Just then the 3 girls went downstairs with Jisoo carrying Ella at her back.

Taehyung: Why are you carrying Ella?

Jisoo: We're just having fun.

Mr. Kim: Are you alright Ella?

Ella: I'm okay

Jin: Aren't you scared anymore?

Ella: I was, but when you came into my room I realized that as long as I have all of you, I know I'm safe.

All of them looked Ella with awe in their eyes and was touched by what she said.

Jennie: Awww baby We love you.

Ella: I know that (smirks)

Jimin: You're learning a lot from you sisters Ella.

Ella Laughed

Mrs. Kim: Alright let's eat now!

All of them ate peacefully, just then in the middle of them eating Ella stopped.

Jisoo: What's wrong Ella? Why did you stop?

Ella: *Ella sighed* I'm just thankful to have this family.

Mr. Kim: Why all of a sudden Ella?

Ella: I just thought, I don't want to lose any of you, I also realized when I heard the gunshot that..... (Starts crying)

Rosé: Ella, stop your going to make us cry too. (Tears up)

Jisoo: Yahhh no one is losing anyone alright?!

Sugar: Oh come on don't start it!

Ella: I just don't want you all to be in danger because of me.

Mr. Kim left his seat and went to Ella's side ang kneeled to reach her height.

Mr. Kim: Hey look at me Ella, never blame yourself love ok? Even before you and your mom were a part of this family we already have a lot of enemies.

RM: Appa is right Ella, you are not at fault, and besides your our baby and no one can hurt you ok?!

All of them hugged each other..... Just then someone came into their house.

??? : IT'S GOOD TO BE BACK!
