Jin is dating a skater boy. Does he know how to skateboard? No. Is he going to try anyway because he loves his boyfriend to the moon and back. Unfortunately for him, yes.

"NAMJOON, I'M DYING!"

"Jin, baby, I'm right here, hold my hand!"

"I CAN'T, I'M GONNA FALL!"

Kim Namjoon was attempting to teach his beloved boyfriend how to skateboard. Namjoon was obsessed, he'd been skateboarding since he could walk, there wasn't a single day he wasn't spotted in the skatepark.

Jin, on the other hand, never even touched a skateboard, he was more on the good boy side. Despite dating Namjoon for 5 years now, he never tried skateboarding before regardless of how much Namjoon begged him to just try it out. He would cross his arms and stick his nose in the air, telling him he'd never go near a skateboard as long as he lived.

Yet here he was, going about 2 miles per hour on a flat chunk of asphalt, very safe with his boyfriend's large hands around his waist, screaming about how he'd die.

Namjoon hid his amusement, instead focusing on calming Jin down. He easily lifted the smaller yet older boy off the skateboard, holding him in his arms like a prince, taking him to the bleachers. It was just the two of them in the park with the sun slowly setting, nearing 7:00 PM.

"Hey, we don't have to do this if it's too much for you," Namjoon reassured in a gentle tone, setting Jin beside him on the bleachers. He pulled his boyfriend close, kissing his temple.

Jin immediately argued. "No, I can do it, I swear!-"

"Yes, the fluffy-haired boy with puppy eyes still wearing his school uniform can learn to skate in one evening," Namjoon cut him off, chuckling and rubbing Jin's shoulder. Of course he believed in his little petal, but he liked teasing him as well.

Jin's plump cheeks turned a dull pink as he looked longingly at the skateboard, Namjoon's words going in one ear and right out the other. All he wanted to do was prove to his boyfriend he could do the same things as him, he wasn't quite grasping the concept that Namjoon had been skateboarding for 17 years while he'd been at it for about 40 minutes.

"What does my appearance have to do with this?" Jin spluttered abruptly, resting his head on Namjoon's shoulder. "I personally think I'm too pretty to be doing this."

"Well, yes, you are very handsome," Namjoon grinned, his deep dimples popping out on either cheek. "And your appearance doesn't have anything to do with this, your looks don't affect the way you can do anything. Just a few years ago I was dressed as 13-year-old Justin Bieber and doing Laser Flips. It all comes with practice and determination, my petal," he brushed Jin's bangs out of his eyes to see his big amber orbs.

Jin struggled to think of an argument, his plush lips opened and closed, but nothing came out. He sighed and looked up at Namjoon, bottom lip jutted out slightly. Namjoon looked like he belonged in the skatepark; band t-shirts, baggy cargos, silver hair, grungy clothing, Jin felt like he didn't fit in despite what his boyfriend just told him.

Namjoon chuckled pitifully, lifting Jin to place him between his thighs. He wrapped his strong arms around Jin's waist, his chest pressing into his back as he buried his face in the crook of his boyfriend's neck, kissing his collar bone gently. "Shall we continue? Don't feel pressured, my love~"

"I wanna keep doing it," Jin said quietly, letting his eyelashes touch his cheekbones for a moment, enjoying the feeling of the warm summer night breeze ruffling his hair and his boyfriend's soft lips on his skin. Namjoon nodded and stood up, intertwining Jin's crooked fingers with his own.
