INT. APARTMENT NO. 307 -NIGHT
The wood printed walls have drops of blood racing down to touch the floor. The whistling cooker from the kitchen is deafening everyone present in the room. The closed windows with curtain covering even the thinnest ray of light into the room, has painted the whole room dark. Only source of light in the room are two candles, one kept near the television stand and the other held by a young Andrew 'The General' Robertson. In his mid thirties, Andrew is looking handsome than ever. Sporting a mullet and a thick moustache, Andrew has a tough guy look. Wearing a tuxedo, with his huge arm yelling to get out of it, Andrew is holding a candle in his one hand and a gun in his another.
In front of Andrew, Kevin 'The bad mouth' Swanson, a tall man with long white hairs and french beard is blocking Andrew's view. Kevin's fist is painted red with the blood of Polinski's blood, who is lying on the floor, barely able to move. Polinski's wife and daughter are held at gunpoint by Charlie 'The boss' Junior. Charlie Jr. is a spoiled kid of a rich household. With a dream of getting our from his father's shadow and building an empire of his own, Charlie sneaks out from his house and joins Kevin in mob business.
Polinski slowly crawls to the wall and tries to stand up with the support of the wall. With his handprints on the wall, Polinski manages to standup, with his back resting on the wall.
Polinski (trying to breath)
"Kevin....it wasn't me!"
Kevin (yells)
"Then who was it ! Who knew the plan other than you ?"
Kevin cont'd
"Did Charlie rat us out ? Or was it Robert ?"
Polinski
"I didn't do it. Please."
Polinski reaches for Kevin's leg and begs for mercy.
Polinski
"I'll leave this town. I'll never come in front of you. Please let me live."
Kevin
"You know what we do to traitors."
Kevin points his gun straight at Polinski's head.
Robert puts his hand over Kevin's shoulder and pulls him behind, trying to stop him.
Robert
"What if he is telling the truth?"
Robert cont'd
"We might be having a mole in our team."
Kevin
"Rob, you are getting weak. Who else knew about this deal ?"
Kevin cont'd
"Who could have informed the FBI about this? It was not me, Charlie would never.... Ans if you say it wasn't Polinski, then was it you ?"
Kevin points his gun at Robert.
Robert grabs the gun and slowly pushes it down.
Robert
"Careful where you point the gun."
Police siren can be heard approaching from a distance.
Robert
"We should leave, before they get here."
Kevin nods.
Kevin (shoots Polinski in his face)
"Not with this mother fucker living."
Kevin runs out from the door. Charlie Junior still pointing gun at Polinski's wife and daughter turns around to look at Robert.
Robert rolls up his fist and clenches his teeth in frustration.
Charlie Junior
"What do we do to them ?"
Kevin (standing at the door)
"They have seen us, kill them Charlie."
Charlie, with his hands shaking pulls the trigger by pointing the gun straight at daughter. Robert quickly grab Charlie's arm and push it upwards. The bullet hits the roof.
