A NEW DAWN - I

INT. LIFE CARE HOSPITAL
EXT. ICU

Jamie, Justin, Leslie and Gucci boy's parents are waiting outside the ICU. A few meters away, the police officer's are questioning Andrew about the incident. He is still having the blood stains on his hand and face.

After finishing the process, Andrew walk towards the ICU.

Andrew (to Jamie)
"What did the doctor say ?"

Jamie
"He's hurt pretty bad."

Andrew looks at Gucci boy's father , sitting on the iron bench with hands covering his face.

Andrew puts his hand over father's shoulder.

Andrew
"He'll be all right."

Gucci boy's father shrugs off Andrew hand. He gets up in rage and grabs Andrew by his collar.

Father
"I heard the doctor . I heard him say he's serious!!"

Andrew
"Yeah....but..."

Father
"It's all because of you. You are the reason my son is in the ICU."

Father cont'd
"If you hadn't come to this city, my son wouldn't be here."

Father starts hitting Andrew on his chest.

Father (crying)
"Why did you come to this city !!"

Justin and Jamie seperates father from Andrew.

Justin
"Andrew, it's better you leave."

Andrew nods.

He walk downstairs.

EXT. EMILIA's ROOM

Andrew comes down to the second floor. After the surgery, Emilia was moves to her room. Andrew walk towards the room.

Door opens.

Dana comes out of the room, wiping tears off her face. She see Andrew standing a few steps away from the room.

Dana closes the door.

Dana
"Why are you here ?"

Dana cont'd
"Didn't you already hurt us enough?"

Andrew
"Dana... I'm sorry."

Dana
"How many times are you going to apologise?"

Dana cont'd
"Didn't you promise me that you have changed? Now see where we are. We are in the exact same place where we were 20 years ago, me crying for you."

Andrew has no answers for Dana.  Everything she said was true.

Dana
"And now you have hurt your own daughter."

Andrew
"Hu...how is she ?"

Andrew cont'd
"Can I see her ?"

Dana (angrily)
"No! You will never see her again!"

Dana cont'd
"If you even care a bit about us, please don't again and again into our lives. Let us live in peace."

Andrew nods.

Andrew (in a low voice)
"I'm sorry."

Tears rolling down his eyes, Andrew slowly turns around and walks away.

EXT. LIFE CARE HOSPITAL

Andrew walks out of the hospital in rage. His face has turned red and body stiff. He walk towards Justin's Jeep. He has the keys. He gets in and drives away.

EXT.  CHARLIE'S MANSION - EARLY MORNING

The mansion's landscape has changed after Charlie Junior took over his father's position. The huge lawn they had in the front now has various statues of Greek gods installed. There is a watchtower build on the left end of the wall with two gunman always watching over the security. There are three men at the gate. Two men at the entrance of the mansion.
