Well, continuing from the previous discussion, it's a pleasure to know that many people have enjoyed my stories, so I've decided not to abandon them. Greetings from your friend, KaleidoMirror. I'm attempting to update and enhance my stories. I'll bring you improved and revised versions for now.
Greetings to all.
It had been approximately six years since he found himself immersed in this new world, an experience that had initially overwhelmed him profoundly due to how radically different it was from his previous life. However, with the passage of time, he had managed to adapt to this new environment in which he was trapped. Although he desperately yearned to understand the reason for his reincarnation and if there was some unknown agent behind it, he was lost in a sea of uncertainty, with no clear clues or logical explanations that could shed light on this mysterious phenomenon.
In his previous life, he had witnessed existences that could hardly be classified as "normal." He had been involved in circumstances where his life hung by a thread, where any negative turn of events could lead him to his demise. Despite his limited knowledge, his meager magical abilities, and his lack of preparation, he had managed to survive based on luck that hovered around the "E" range. In the most critical moments, this unusual luck had sustained him in unconventional ways, allowing him to overcome obstacles that defied all odds.
The nights in this world, stretching out into vast horizons, had become his introspective refuge. Every star adorning the night sky reminded him of the immense distance he had crossed between his old and new life. He wondered if these same stars, which seemed eternal in their brilliance, held knowledge of his strange situation. Did they silently share the secrets of the universe with him?
Reflections on his own identity haunted him in moments of solitude. Was he truly himself, or just a distant echo of who he had been in his previous life? Memories of his old existence were fading away, like footprints in the sand erased by the wind. And although he had learned to survive, the quest for answers remained a constant driving force within him, a flame that would not extinguish until he discovered the truth behind his reincarnation. He was willing to face every challenge with courage and determination, eager to uncover his purpose in this enigmatic world.
However, in this new and fascinating world, there were more pressing matters occupying his thoughts. He had been born in an era that was several centuries ahead of his own, a time when magic had intricately intertwined with science. This discovery had triggered a series of deep investigations and countless hours of study to understand and assimilate the nature of this magical-scientific symbiosis that defined both worlds.
From the moment of his birth, he had set himself the task of discerning the difference between these "two branches of magic," so distinct in each world. At the same time, he struggled to adapt to the customs and lifestyle of this new reality that welcomed him.
In this world, to his astonishment, magic manifested through the control of magical particles, divided into two types: thought particles and spiritual particles. The former were non-physical entities that embodied intention and thought, while the latter were ethereal particles saturated with emotions. The execution of magic was achieved by rewriting information or "Eidos" through what were known as "Magic Programs," which consisted of magical sequences. These sequences had the power to alter an event for a limited period, granting the magicians of this world a control that bordered on the intuitive.
In his previous world, magic referred to the ability to reproduce events that were considered impossible in the contemporary era. This was reason enough for magicians to dedicate their lives to countless hours of study and sacrifice, all in the hope of reaching the pinnacle of the "Root," an achievement attainable only by a few privileged individuals. However, due to their limitations and lineage, magicians in his world could only achieve an artificial recreation of magic through Thaumaturgy, a discipline involving "achieving the possible through science" by supernatural means. Although the process itself was considered a miracle, the result was far from it.
