I woke up early went to balcony and was doing yoga , it helps me in my life a lot , mentally it helps me to stay stable and physically it makes my body stronger , the view from balcony was mesmerizing and divine as I put out all my worries aside and was busy concentrating on yoga until my next door handsome.... wa...it..what

"Holy shi..t" it escaped from my mouth before I could realize

There he was standing in his unholy body , with perfectly toned 8 abs , they looked so tempting I could eat them easily ... wait what happened to my mind

What's with these unholy thoughts, I need to clear my mind

I tried to ignore him and performed for 10 more minutes , as I finished I was standing close to edge and was looking out , the wind was blowing and my hairs were flowing , my mind felt calm and body was relaxed , sun rays were falling on me and in this busy city there was me with bigger dreams .

As I moved my feet to step back in , my brown eyes collided with his amber ones , gosh those eyes

"Morning , do you want to come for breakfast? " He waved back while saying in his husky voice

How could I deny him , but no I can't take his advantage of being nice

"I wouldn't like to trouble you " I replied shyly

"Oh , no trouble , I cook for myself and I wouldn't mind cooking for one more person " he said and I nodded

"So see you in 20 min " he said again not getting reply from me and I nodded

15 min later

It's my first day at university I wore my white kurti and jeans , the kurti was tight would be an understatement, it was strangling me but it looked pretty .

On my way to my sexy neighbor, I took few fruits because empty handed going wouldn't be nice , I rang the doorbell and he came to open the door and he stood there in all his glory , white shirt with opened upper buttons and folded sleeve , he looked unreal and devasting .

He is going to be my death guys !!

"Come inside " he shifted to give me space and his cologne hits my nose while passing and it smells so good , manly , it screams power and money with assence of cedarwood .

"Make yourself at home , breakfast is ready " he said suggesting me to sit sit on the chairs in front of kitchen slab giving direct view of him serving it in plates and making coffee .

The girl who marry him will be so damn lucky !!

"Coffee?" He asked and I nodded because morning without coffee gives me headache and I was deciding on going to a caffe in while going to university.

He put the cup in front of me and it aroma hits my nose and it was so good , I took I sip and a moan slips out of my mouth and I ignored the place and continued drinking it with close eyes .

I opened my eyes and realized where I am , with wide eyes and flustered face I curse low enough

"I didn't knew I made such a good coffee till now " he said chuckling and embarrassed me was sitting awkwardly waiting for my food .

He kept the plate infront of me and took seat beside me and we both finished our breakfast, I waited for him to finish and as soon as he finished and kept vessel in sink I went to wash them
