It won't be easy to fix, you can't entirely get rid of Reactivity, now you will deal with your dog or dogs barking and lunging at other dogs, the dog won't respond to any cues or treats, and your dog may bite if able too. Remember, reactivity isn't aggression, it is fear, also, if you see a NONE AGGRESSIVE or REACTIVE dog, DO NOT THREATEN TO KILL THE DOG FOR YOUR OWN DOGS SAFETY. Even if the dog is aggressive, that is animal abuse and you shouldn't own a dog if you wouldn't try doing anything else before resorting to kicking, or hurt the dog in any other way, you could try backing away, throwing it treats, you could even try yelling, bear spray, pepper spray, and that compacted air spray thing, I forgot what that's called sorry:) of course, if you do have to resolve to hurting another dog for your dogs safety, you can, but remember, don't get mad at the dog, you'd be getting mad at the wrong side of the leash. Bye bye:)
