"Y/n, what if we actually end up together?"

Jungkook suddenly appeared from behind which made you flinch.

You angrily turned around with the knife in your hand and angrily pointed it towards him.

"I swear if you again scare me like that, I will slice up your throat in two. Then roam around the house like nearly headless Nick!"

He gulped and you backed away and continued your work.

"What were you saying? I didn't paid attention as I was scared."

"Nothing. I got my answer."

You looked confusingly at him and he just shrugged it off.

I was nearly dead today. Jungkook thought while keeping a relieving hand on his chest.

We would either joke around or she would end up killing me if we ever end up together. I don't know. It won't hurt to be with her I guess. Who knows?

Jungkook sat on the couch with his thoughts, analysing what would actually happen if you were together.

You, in the kitchen, were actually confused but decided to not push it.

Afterall, it would be some random topic which would have came in his mind.

"Jungkook, dinner is ready!"

"Coming!"

And he took out dishes for both of you and you both sat onthe dining table to eat.

"You have your audition tomorrow."

"Yeah. You are coming with me, right?"

"Yeah ofcourse. Are you nervous?"

"No no no, why would I be nervous?"

He said with a hint of sarcasm and a sarcastic smile at the end.

"So I think you are confident, aren't you mr. Jeon?"

You said with the same sarcasm as him and returned that sarcastic smile back to him.

"Ofcourse I am nervous y/n. It was a dumb question to ask from the start."

"I am a little dumb and as you are my bestfriend, you tend to answer my dumb questions, understood?"

And he laughed sweetly at your outburst. Still laughing, he showed you a thumbs up showing his agreement to what you said just now.

You just crossed your hands and made an angry face. He slowly stopped laughing, still smiling widely.
