The first time I saw him, I was in school, I freaked. I gave my parents a hell of a scare. My parents have been trying yto spend all of their time with me. I don't know why, they never did this before I turned 17.
When ever I see him, I ask him why I can only see him. He only says, the time is coming soon. Also that I have to be prepared. Prepared for what? God, why can't I be normal?.
I get off of my bed and walk to the bathroo!m. I looked in the mirror, and he is there. I've gotten used to ignoring him. His piercing blue eyes stare into mine. I look away, and begin to brush my cream purple hair. After I brush my teeth, I go back into my room. I grab !y light blue skinny jeans, and my white 'a day to remember' shirt. I went back into the bathroom putting on my piercings. Nose,snakebites, and eyebrow. I put on my colorful Dino socks and my galaxy vans.
I walk down the stairs and see my parents talking, they haven't noticed me yet.
"Victor, she keeps telling me that she keeps on seeing him. What are we going to do? I don't want to lose my baby." My mother sobs.
"Honey, it is going to be okay, we can move again." My father says hugging my mom.
"No, he will follow us everywhere. He said we can't hide her forever. We both know he will come on her birthday." My mom says. What, who is coming? That guy I keep seeing. I'm so confused.
" well, we have to spend as much time we can with her." My father says. Then I walk in.
"Hey guys, whatcha talking about?" I ask.
" well we are going out to dinner tonight at your favorite place. An early birthday present. " my father says. I nod while getting the juice out of the fridge. I get myself a glass and down it. They keep staring at me with sorrowful lokks.
"Okay, guys what's wrong? You guys keep trying to spend every second with me. Also giving me sad looks. What's up?" I ask while sitting down. They look at each other with worried glances, my father nods.
"Sweety, right before you were born. Something happened, I know this sounds crazy but; a man threatened to kill your mother. So I made a deal with him, let us raise you until your 18 birthday. Then he will come. He said we can't run and hide you, he will always find you. We tried so hard for him to leave you alone but he won't agree. We have moved 26 to get away from him, but you keep seeing him. That's when we know he is near. I'm sorry honey, we love you so much. We only have a week left with you. Also if we try to get you back, kidnapping you, they will kill us both." My father says while looking at my mother.
"Why is he , what does he want from me?" I ask scared.
"We don't know, baby." My mom says hugging me.
"I'm going to bed, to clear my head." I say walking to my room. I lay down and cry myself to sleep.
