The simpler the life, the happier the life.

The goal of society is to confuse you at every step of your life, your goal is to recognise the patterning and not falling for it.

If you want to be happy, live for others.

You will only be able to challenge your mind and body to your highest potential when you either do something that you are highly interested in or something that you are doing for the highest good of the people around you.

Don't let confusion take most of your time and energy, make a goal and work towards it everyday and reject every other thing that does not seem to fulfill or help in fulfilling your ultimate purpose.

Be very careful of -
The place where you work,
The people you surround yourself with,
The food you eat,
The content you watch
These factors must help towards reaching the goal.

Goal gives meaning to life, it makes you happy.

It is a very basic humanistic urge to become useful, goal makes your life useful, and you feel satisfied that your work is helping others.
That is what is true Bliss.

Focus is the real superpower.
It is a tool which can be used at will, unfortunately focus was the thing which made us a human being, and today, we are losing it at a very faster rate because of which we are losing the "being" in us.

Human mind likes both focus and distraction equally.
Today's society only offers distractions, content with shorter attention spans.
Should it becomes our duty to give focus our wandering mind.

Goal - focus in the long run.
Meditation - focus in day to day activities.
(Meditation can be substituted by other hobbies like painting, dancing, writing etc.)

Fix time for what needs to be done at what time, but be flexible ( because sometimes we ought to compromise, and that time to avoid mental frustration,  develop the ability to adapt to uncertainties).

To keep calm during pressure, you need to silent your mind, you can silent your mind at will by doing
breath work.

There will be thousands of times when you will face the darkest night,
But remember that don't always comes and teaches you a lesson, your work is not to repeat the same mistake again, if you fail to do so the mistake will keep on reappearing and it will make you stuck in life.

Two things matter,
One is how you BEHAVE.
One is how you WORK.

Both matter equally,
Sometimes the proportion changes according to the nature of the task.

Once you make yourself peaceful, you will automatically make others peaceful.

Focus on yourself,
But work for others.

In your teenage years, your only goal should be to gather diversified knowledge and experience regards various fields, and in the way find out that work without which you can't breathe, do that, that's it.
Don't care about how will it help the society, it will prove out to be fruitful.Society does not need anything from you. Society just needs a happy you,to remind people that living happy life is a possibility.

God takes tests, a lot of tests, constant tests, it takes them when you are unprepared, to test your strength, if you fail, work on your mistakes and improve on yourself, so that other time when the test comes, you don't even feel that it was a test, because you learnt from your mistake.
The thing is, till there is life, there will be tests, so it will never stop teaching you, look at these problems as an opportunity to become a better version of yourself.

Life is a journey, not a destination, but you will not able to enjoy the journey unless you give a destination to it.
So having a goal is a must, if you want to be happy.

There is no inherent meaning to life, we give meaning to our lives.

If your stressed, it is because you know what the problem is, you know l what you can do to get rid of the problem, but you are avoiding it.
So till you defer it, your stress will keep on increasing.
One more thing here to note is that, till you are alive, you will have several reasons to remain stressed, but it should be your choice to take stress at that point or not.

Cherish the small things, life is very small, to keep grudges inside and hating people, when you are hating someone, you are giving them that much importance, don't give someone so much importance when they are not helping you to grow.

Always be a part of a circle which helps you grow physically, mentally, emotionally and financially.

Life teaches you that sometimes, you need to sacrifice a lot of things to achieve your goal, and you will only sacrifice when your goal seems important enough.
So make goals which are big enough to let you sacrifice the other things in life, when required.

When faced with a challenge, first try out all possible ways known to get over the challenge, if you see that the only way out is to tolerate, then tolerate.

People are anxious because they think they can do a lot of things, this is seldom the case, you are not meant to do a lot of things and you will not be able to do any of the thing if you just keep on thinking, so once you make a primary goal other things will structure around it.
This is a better way to live rather living haphazardly, remaining confused and changing goals everyday.

If you don't set time for doing what you ought to do, you will eventually end up not doing it.

It is better to do one of the two things went to keep thinking about what is to be done,
But proper analysis is also necessary,
Which will be done on the basis of your previous knowledge, experiences, and research.
But over analysis is to be avoided, because the more you will think the less you will act, what eventually comes out in front of people is the action, and analysis is just an assumption of how it will turn out to be, things do not happen 100% the way we wanted, but that is not in our hands, so focus on what you can control and leave the rest.
