Pov Jiwoong

The class was really quiet, even though the teacher hadn't even entered the classroom yet.

Jiwoong's eyes were teary, but he couldn't cry. He didn't want to. Because Ricky didn't hate him.

At least not really. Maybe he wanted him to believe that, but he didn't actually hate him.

And not being in class made things even worse. The whole class was talking about him.

And so Jiwoong was forced to listen to them talking about the boy he liked, without being able to cry.

Why did Ricky have to be that handsome and famous? Why did everybody have to talk about him?

Jiwoong was so sad, that he skipped the first class. He spent his time in the bathroom, trying to stop himself from crying.

He didn't even know why he was sad, since Ricky didn't mean anything. But maybe it was because all that was so sudden.

They had already gotten close, and it was hard to get over him now. He just wanted to go home and see Ricky there, sleeping.

But that wouldn't happen. Because Jiwoong's life was not happy. Something bad would always happen.

Something that would either destroy his day, or his whole life. There was nothing in between and nothing less.

He just sat down, unable to shed a single tear. His eyes felt really dry, and out of tears.

Like as if he had already cried for hours, and couldn't cry anymore. Not even for a second.

But the main thing that was on his mind was that he didn't protect Ricky from whoever made him do that.

That he wasn't there for him. And even worse, that his love for Ricky was not strong enough to keep him beside him.

That day already felt endless, and it was only the first period. He still had to go through six more.

He wouldn't survive. Maybe he wouldn't cry, but he'd for sure be sad for the rest of the day.

And maybe the week. And the next year. Maybe even his whole life, nobody knew what would happen.

Gunwook suddenly entered the bathroom, and kneeled next to Jiwoong, looking around him, disgusted.

"Damn hyung, aren't you disgusted to sit here? Hey, what's up? Is it because Ricky is not here?"

Jiwoong shook his head no, and looked up, right in Gunwook's eyes, with a painful look on his face.

"No. It's because of the reason he's not here."

"Is he sick?!"

"Nah, he just skips school so he won't have to see me."

Gunwook seemed to be a little too surprised. He would be less surprised if you told him that Jiwoong was the one who didn't want to see Ricky.

He was praying that he would suddenly hear Ricky shouting 'Jiwoong hyung!'.

But that didn't happen. He had to realize that him and Ricky were done, tho they didn't start anything.

"Should I call him and make him come here?"

"No. It won't work. Don't worry about it, I just have to go back to my previous lifestyle. It will be fine. At least I hope so."

Gunwook smiled, and gently hugged the elder, trying to think of a way to make him feel better.

"Hyung. Why don't you text Seobin hyung?"

"No. Hell no. He'll try to find Ricky and fight him because 'he hurt me'. I can't risk it."

"Then what can we do- Matthew! He's gonna help us! He definitely knows, and he's definitely gonna tell me!"

Let's just hope you're not wrong.

Gunwook called Matthew, and smiled when the elder answered the phone almost immediately.

They talked for a while, and when the call ended, Gunwook looked at Jiwoong in the eyes.

"What?!"

"The only thing he told me is that Ricky can't live without you and that you should do something about it quickly. Oh, and that you should find your ex."

"My ex? What does he have to do with me and Ricky- fucking son of a bitch! Get up, we're going to find him! Now!"

Gunwook looked confused, but still got up and followed Jiwoong out of the bathroom and then out of the school.

"Where does he live?"

"Stop complaining, we'll soon be there."

But little did he know, fate had actually other plans. And Jiwoong wouldn't like it at all.

"Why isn't he opening the door, hyung?"

"His car is missing. Fuck, he's not home."

Jiwoong closed his eyes and sat down, on the stairs. Gunwook sighed, and sat beside him, stroking the elder's back softly.

"It will be alright. You will get Ricky back, I'm telling you. Trust me, it's all going to be just fine."

Jiwoong nodded slightly, and looked away. He really wanted to start crying as if there was no tomorrow, but he couldn't.

Like as if there was someone wiping away his tears before he could even let them roll down his cheeks.

He stayed there until really late at night. Gunwook had left, since he was tired because of the school.

He then saw Hanbin and Hao, walking in front of him, holding hands. Hanbin looked at him and raised his eyebrow.

"Ay, hyung, what are you doing there? Don't tell me- you killed him?"

"I would, if he was here. Hanbin, how did you get so lucky with Hao? It's unfair."

Both Hanbin and Hao smiled, and looked at each other, then back at Jiwoong, who was also smiling weakly.

"Did anything happen with Ricky?"

"No, that's the problem. We're back to how we were."

Hanbin pouted, and walked closer to him, sitting right next to him, and wrapping his arms around him.

And so did Hao. They were trying to comfort him, but literally nothing worked. He just wanted Ricky back.

"Then go talk to him. Trust me, that's the only way you can get him back. Go find him."

"I don't even know where he is at the moment."

Hao took his phone out, and called Ricky. They were both willing to help Jiwoong and Ricky get back together.

"I know where he is."

Hao said once he hung up. They all got up, following Hao wherever he was going, hoping they would find Ricky soon.

"He's outside your house, because you never went back. He's worried."

Jiwoong's eyes opened wide, and he started running towards his house, making the others follow him instead of Hao.
