It's just us

School

It's 7:40 am and the boy lazily lying on his couch he hears his cell phone ringing he lets out a loud "Uuuuuuugggh" and answers it in a groggy voice "What?" The boy on the other end says loudly "Ed! Do you know what time it is?!" the boy replied with a silent gasp then a lie saying he was on his way out the door to school but Will the boy on the other end knew that wasn't true. "Ed you're going to be late and we have to turn our project in together you better be here" with a moody face Ed replies with a sarcastic "got it" and hangs up the phone.

Will standing next to his friend Pen with a smile on her face giggling mocking him says "I told you he was gonna be late you should have partnered with meee" Will turns to her with an annoyed face at both Ed and Pen he says "Oh I would have if Ed wasn't busy bothering me to partner with him I know he only wanted to work with me because I would end up doing all of the work and guess what! I did and now he's late with the project" Pen giggles at Wills angry outburst.

"Look Pen, go to class I'll catch up when I see Ed coming I don't think I can sit still until I know he's here with our project" Will says. Pen nods and heads to class Will still standing in the cold waiting for Ed to show up he calls him again "Ed hello? Hello! Ed what are you doing! its 8:26 am class is going to start in 4 minutes" Will says, Ed replays with "chill out dude I got an excuse I'm not gonna be late" Will says "you better have a good excuse because I'm waiting outside until you get here" Ed walking to school replays with "I can see you I'm almost there stop freaking out" Will walks towards him and says "where's the project?"

Ed hands him a box labeled with both their names on it and give him a mean smirk "here everything's ready and I finished it all last night" Will shows a blank face to Ed knowing he did not finish it but took the lie anyway they both start running to class and they see Pen doing a handstand in front of the class refusing to sit down with the teacher yelling at her to take her seat its 8:37 am they were seven minutes late but Pen saved their butts from failing the project check as they enter Pen takes her seat and gives both Will and Ed a thumbs up telling them the teacher hasn't gotten around to their table yet.

Will sits down at the table and sighs with relief and Ed nudges Wills knee with his and says "see I told ya we'd make it" Will whispers angrily with a "We were late if it wasn't for Pen we would have been caught" Ed replys with a small laugh and says "Pen always has our back you worry too much" Will gives him an eyeroll as the teacher walks to the front of the class and says "everyone set up your projects so I can check them today everything is due I will not take half done projects". Will frantically opens the box and is shocked to see everything is broken and smashed "why is everything broken!?" Ed replys with "Well you were saying I was gonna be late so I stuffed everything into a box and ran I guess it broke when I was getting here"

Will starts to hyperventilates and asks to go outside he leaves with permission from the teacher which actually bought them time. Ed thinks he really messed up if he made Will step out of class Ed remembers how Will put the thing together so Ed fixes everything in the amount of time given to him by luck, Pen goes out to calm Will down. Under the amount of 10 minutes They pass with a B-. Slowly walking out of class to show Will the paper with their grade on it. He immediately calms down and says "A, B- wow this is just great". Ed says "look dude I tried to fix it as best I could bu-" Will jumps up and hugs Ed for fixing it in time but quickly snaps at him for almost making them fail. Pen snickers at  the both of them. Its time for the next class
