Lunch Time

Lunch time

Hey Ed why were you late today? Pen asks Ed starting to sweat "uh you know me I was up all night studying like usual" Pen lets out a loud laugh while Will gives Ed a very angry look. "All of us including you Ed know that is not true at all" Ed replied with "well yeah I may not have been studying but I was up all night doing something"

"What on earth could you have been doing?" Ed quickly reaches into his backpack and pulls out a very worn out playboy magazine and gives Will a smirk. Will blushes and quietly whispers "Ed! Why would you bring one of those filthy things into school and why do you have that!" Ed "Hey a guys gotta have his fun sometime not that you would know Will" Pen continues laughing "hahaha guys guys! You're making my stomach hurt stop it haha!" Will gives an eye roll to Pen and Ed and goes ahead to the cafeteria Ed and Pen follow.

Will picks the table like usual the white table next to the big cafeteria windows and sits down with his lunch he brought from home Pen buys two bags of chips and a soda from the schools vending machines for her and Ed to share since Ed never brings his own lunch or money Will takes out his lunch which is tupperware of hummus, pita bread, grapes and baby tomatoes. Ed stares at Wills lunch "Are you hungry Ed?" Ed nods no and looks out the windows Will slides over his lunch to Ed and Pen "here you two can have my lunch im not very hungry today" "what's the matter?" Pen asks "My father is making risky deals with his business I'm afraid he might end up losing the company" Ed looks over with a curious face "isn't your dad like a millionair? So what if he loses a company he'll still be rich" Will gives Ed an annoyed look "Losing a company isn't a good thing even if you're "rich" Ed, anyway im not the one whos rich it's my father and hes pretty old so he may end up making a bad choice and losing everything" Pen and Ed looks at each other giving eeach other looks of who should say something next Pen begins to say something but is interrupted by Ed "you worry too much" Will replies with a "what-" but is also cut off by Ed "you worry about the project but things turned out alright, you worry every time you ride a plane but it always lands in one piece, you always worry about things that wont go up in flames so your dads business this probably won't end up in flames"

Will thinks for a second and doesnt know how to respond "okay" he says Ed replys with "okay? Thats it youre not gonna yell at me? youre not gonna get all mad and run off?" "no im listening to you and taking your word this time maybe I am worrying over nothing" Will says "and by the way give me back my lunch" Pen giggles and opens her can of soda and starts drinking. Will says to himself "everything's going to be just fine".
