we ordered our ice cream and i told her everything that happened. she was shocked.
"no way that happened! you're like living in a book!"
i chuckle at her statement.
"oh, by the way, my boss retired. tomorrow, his grandson will be my 'boss'. he's taking over." angelina's mouth dropped.
"he has a grandson? imagine he's hot!" i laughed. "nah, i don't think so. mr. moretti is very unattractive, i don't think his grandson will look better."
angelina rolls her eyes and sighs. "you're no fun." "at least i'm not delusional"
"at least i'm not a boring person like you."
i giggle.

we finished eating our ice cream and it was THE BEST thing i ever tasted. i collapsed onto my bed, holding a hand over my stomach in pain. maybe i ate a little too much.
i changed into my pajamas and went to bed. tomorrow will be a busy day.

i woke up and got dressed. i then headed to the company and walked to my office. i started opening and sending emails. twenty minutes later, i got called in my new CEOs office.
i sighed and got up from my chair and started walking towards his office. i knocked at his door and i heard a "come in".
i walked in and my jaw dropped.
the same guy from yesterday sat just a few meters away from me. he seemed to recognize me too because he had a smirk on his face.
"we'll, hello, ms. rose." he said.
"so you're.. my boss.."
"sure am." he still had a smirk on his face. "why did you call me in here?" "i need you to book an appointment with alex entertainment. thank you." i nod and start heading out of his office. "and i also want you to be my date." that sentence made me stop in my tracks. "excuse me?" "i have to attend an event and i need a date. and since you're attractive, i want you to be my date. it's a command."
i sighed. i tried to make an excuse. even if he was ridiculously attractive, i didn't wanna go on a date with him. he just seems weird..
"i um.. i can't. my schedule is full." "then clear it. i said it's a command. you don't have a choice."
i didn't say anything. i just stood there.
"close the door on your way out." he said.
excuse me?
rude.
i scoffed and closed the door.
weirdo.
