It is slightly better than yesterday but I'm still in a lot of pain. I struggle the most with going downstairs, getting up, and sitting down

Both! I have quite a few fanfics planned across this year, but I am also trying to continue with the ones I currently have, although that's a struggle because I get easily tired of writing certain ones quite quickly
