Watchtower. Above the Earth's Atmosphere:

"The massacre of Oswald Cobblepot AKA The Penguin along with his entire crime ring was found dead at the nightclub commonly known throughout Gotham as the Iceberg lounge. 

The amount of charred corpses along with traces of ice, has suggested that the new vigilante known simply as 'Dragonstorm' many eye witnesses who have seen this figure have called, this figure, that very name given the, that fact that he looked like a dragon and he came only when a violent storm occurs leaving many scientists baffled by the events.

The question remains. Is this 'Dragonstorm' good for other cities ranging across America? Crime rate has gone done dramatically in various cities around the country. The views on Dragonstorm is mixed many of the people support with the dramatic decrease of crime in various other cities some against the way Dragonstorm is killing them while thousands are supporting this mysterious figure. 

The main question? Who is the Dragonstorm?"

The monitor paused and switched the security feed of the Iceberg Lounge to see the bodies of all of Penguin's men and Penguin himself. The League watched as Dragonstorm easily slaughter a nightclub full of almost 60 men in less than 10 minutes, and how brutal the killings were. They watched as to how Dragonstorm mercilessly killed Penguin when he begged for his life before the hammer, the figure used had magical properties crushed Penguin's skull against the figures hand. 

"Jesus" John Stewart AKA Green Lantern muttered in disgust at how merciless the figure was.

"I - I think I'm gonna be sick" Barry Allen AKA The Flash gagged in disgust looking at the video.

"I have analysed Dragonstorm's abilities and come to the conclusion that he has more than the abilities, he had shown to be very skilled in combat, and this is the first time in weeks we've managed to get a clear picture of Dragonstorm." Bruce Wayne AKA Batman told to the other leaguers around the table.

"This was just last night, in Gotham. In MY city, he crossed many lines, he's never been in Gotham until last night. I was pursuing him, and I couldn't trace him to where he went after that, he completely disappeared from site." Batman growled in annoyance.

"Is there anything connecting to Dragonstorm?" Clark Kent AKA Superman questioned the Dark Knight, getting a dismissive grunt from him.

"Nothing. I asked Giovanni Zatara, if he could trace the magical trail, but whatever Dragonstorm used, he made sure that he couldn't be tracked by anything, technological or magical means." Batman grumbled, his frustration with the violent vigilante growing bigger.

Diana Prince AKA Wonder Woman looked at the vigilante with curiosity, she had two conflicts within herself, her heart wanted to mourn for the men, but they committed such heinous crimes in her eyes. Especially men like Joker, or any other criminals in Batman's rogue gallery.

Green Arrow AKA Oliver Queen had the same conflict, he agreed with the methods mentally while avoiding Martian Manhunter's mental abilities. He wanted crime to be stopped permanently when, he first started his career as Green Arrow. Crime didn't go down when he toned down his 'No killing rule' but criminals noticed and began to grow bolder in their crimes.

"We have to stop him. Who knows, how long until he starts to target innocent civilians." Superman said to his fellow leaguers.

The other leaguers nodded at the Man Of Steels words while Wonder Woman sighed to herself.

Diana in her civilian attire was working in her office, doing paperwork and sighed tiredly at the stack next to her. That was until she heard gun fire coming from outside her building. She looked outside to see a group of mercenaries holding children hostage making her scowl hatefully. Men like them have no shame or morale's, she quickly got changed into her costume and put on her tiara and bracers before flying out of the window. When she saw the men holding a young boy with a gun to his head and yelled at the Amazonian.
