I was stabbing coconuts, mangoes, and a variety of fruit after a stressful meeting because it helped me unwind. Also because Glory was being particularly sarcastic. >:( I don't like that. Anyway, I accidentally got it everywhere and pretty soon I was standing in an empty room splattered with various fruit remains. Oops. (Just roll with the idea that the Rainwings gave her an empty room to stab things with, considering her destructive tendencies)

I was busy mopping up the mess when Riptide came in. He looked around and flashed, "seaweed brain" in aquatic. I playfully knocked his wing. I accidentally knocked his wing too hard and he fell onto a particularly sharp coconut piece. It killed him. Oops. I was so startled that I jumped. Out of the room, falling to the rainforest floor. Accidentally dying. Double oops. I also might have killed a bunch of flowers and sloths on my way down. Too many oopsies. oops.
