Thirty years after Freddy Fazbear's Pizza closed its doors, the events that took place there have become nothing more than a rumour and a childhood memory, but the owners of "Fazbear's Frights: the horror attraction" are determined to revive the legend and make the experience as authentic as possible for patrons, going to great lengths to find anything that might have survived decades of neglects and ruin. At first there were only empty shells, a hand, a hook, an old paper-plate doll, but then a remarkable discovery was made... the attraction now has one animatronic.

The office is a long room with a large window set in front of you and a single doorway to the left. In the doorway is an empty, half-assembled Freddy Fazbear suit, propped up on a stand with no legs. Between the doorway and the window lies an old-looking cardboard box filled with old animatronic parts and relics, consisting of the hollow heads of Toy Freddy, Toy Bonnie, Mangle and Balloon Boy, as well as Toy Bonnie's right arm and guitar. Withered Foxy's right arm. The entire room is dark, and takes on an eerie greenish-yellow glow, due to the overall atmosphere of the attraction. Wires hanging down from the ceiling in several places the tiled walls throughout this room appears water or age damaged. There is a vent leading to the office, it is located on the right side of the room, which is cloaked in shadow.

There is one animatronic and six phantoms (hallucination that cannot kill you). A burnt and damaged bear with his mouth is usually be seen hanging open, the lower right leg looks ripped out and torn from his body, His teeth appear to be slightly green, this is Phantom Freddy. a burnt and damaged chicken she has a white pin-pricked pupil, she appears to have her mouth open the entire time this is Phantom Chica. A burnt and damaged fox with a white pupil on his left eye socket, he is missing his right forearm and hook, his mouth always gapes open, parts of his torso is missing with an endoskeleton spin and wires in their place and his eyepatch does not flip up anymore this is Phantom Foxy. Another burnt and damaged fox they have white pin-pricked pupils and has half of its left eye missing, they have blackish green cheeks and aqua green lips this is Phantom Mangle. A burnt and damaged humanoid with white buttons for eyes, he is missing both his "Balloons!" sign and balloons, his cheeks are a deep green colour this is Phantom Balloon Boy. Another burnt and damaged humanoid they have small white pupils, its three are also very dark in colour and the top button is almost half broken while the bottom button is cracked this is Phantom Puppet. A tattered formerly yellow springlock animatronic rabbit with olive green tints. He appears to be in heavy disrepair, evident by the multiple tears throughout his body and wires poking out of his arms and legs. he has one black button on his chest this is Spring trap. If you look closely and his mouth is open inside of Spring trap you can see a corpse but who's is it?...

In the early 1970's, William Afton, and his friend and business partner Henry Emily, created the company Fazbear Entertainment and opened Fredbear's Family Diner. Henry designed, manufactured, and built two springlock suits (Spring Bonnie and Fredbear), and later (Freddy Fazbear, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy), while William would handle the business's paperwork. Afton would dress as Spring Bonnie; he would wear it inside the pizzeria. However, one night, Henry's daughter, Charlotte Emily, would be left outside the dinner and William seized the opportunity to kill her. Later, around the date of June 26th, 1985, Afton would abduct and murder five children by luring them into a backroom, dressed as Spring Bonnie. He hid their corpses to avoid getting caught, in the animatronics. The police would arrest Afton but let him go due to a lack of evidence and the bodies never being found. This caused the spirits of the dead children to become vengeful and possess the animatronics to take revenge. Sometime later, William would set up a new location with the Fun time Animatronics. William's daughter, Elizabeth, was part of the group of children sent in, and was killed by Circus Baby. Many years later Afton returned to the third establishment to destroy the classic animatronics for an unknown reason. The freed the spirits of the children inside, and they swarmed their killer. They chased and corned Afton in the backroom, where the same rabbit suit that Afton wore to kill them was left. Afton put on the suit thinking he was untouchable, but the suit had water damage and time, due to his movements and moisture dripping from the damaged roof, the springlocks of the costume failed with Afton inside. He lay twitching on the floor bleeding out and dying. Afton was left there to rot for 30 years until, he awoke, alone and decomposing. They called this form of Afton Spring Trap. The horror attraction where Spring Trap was caught fire, damaging his appearance. Later, Afton seemingly rebuilt himself out of scraps, turning into the abomination that is Scrap Trap.
