When Nicole was young, she was part of a happy family, with her father, John, and her mother, Birtha. One day, when Nicole was young, about 10 years old, she was playing outside, watching her father, John, drive away to work.
Nicole waited and waited for her father to arrive home, all day, all night, he never returned, her mother, Birtha, was worried, while she was just confused. Birtha comforted her daughter, Nicole, as she started to cry, wondering why her dad wasn't coming home.

A few weeks later, Nicole was very sad, as her father had not shown up in about 3 weeks, she was playing with her barbie dolls, but her attention got dragged away as she saw her mother crying while watching the news. Nicole spoke up in a confused and worried voice-
"Mama, why are you crying..?"
Her mother sniffled and wiped away her tears, while speaking-
"Nothing, Sweetie...no need to worry about me, just play with your dolls."
Nicole nodded, still confused and worried about why her mother was crying, she turned her attention back to her dolls and continued to play with them. Little did Nicole know, the reason her mother was crying was because the news was about how the police found her father's clothes, covered in blood, in the shed of his workplace, and the police assumed he was dead, even though no body was found, only his clothes, in which were SOAKED in blood.
(Another time skip, sorry!)
It had been a week since Nicole's mother had seen the news about Nicole's father, Nicole was playing in her room, crying again because she missed her father, she was always very close with her father, she always hung out with her father, her favorite activity in which involved her and her father was when she played hide and seek with him, he always couldn't find her, although she knew he was just acting like he couldn't find her, to make her happy, that's what made her and her father so close. She started sobbing harder, thinking of all the good times. She wiped away her tears and stormed outside of her room, over to her mother, who was making dinner currently, Nicole spoke-
"Mama, why were you crying while watching the news a few weeks ago? I know it was about dad, and I deserve to know!"
Her mother was shocked, especially since Nicole asked that question so out of the blue, but she sighed and answered her daughter-
"Your right, sweetie...it was about your father, and you should know. I was crying because..well..the police found your fathers clothes soaked in blood..which means he's...probably..dead, sweetie"
Nicole was shocked at what her mother said, she almost immediately started tearing up from the word 'dead', she spoke-
"T-There's a chance he isn't dead, right, Mama?"
Nicole was very choked up by this news, her mother looked down at her worriedly and spoke-
"There is a slight chance since...they didn't find his body and only his clothes..but...we probably shouldn't count on it."
Nicole started having a full-on break down, sobbing hysterically, while her mother, Birtha gently pulled her into her lap, trying her best to comfort her heartbroken daughter. Birtha spoke softly-
"Shhh...it's okay sweetie I'm here...everything will be okay, he is nothing but a memory now..."
(Before anyone corrects me, the name Birtha can be spelled two different ways, 'B-I-R-T-H-A' being one of the ways)
