“And in what way would you say heroes and villains are similar?” Aizawa asked, seeming genuinely curious.

“Well,” I started to explain myself. “Similar to a hero, a villain has an ambitious objective that they will stop at nothing to accomplish, even if it means breaking their morals. So they aren't exactly the same but similar.”

Aizawa gives a small, impressed nod as he hears this. “That is very true. Many believe that it’s the path or actions that make someone a hero or villain…When in reality, it’s simply their motives and ambitions that ultimately define where they fall.”

I nodded, not having much to say knowing he at least acknowledged my thoughts. I wasn't exactly happy that he was still asking questions. I began wondering when the “last question,” was really gonna be the last question.

Aizawa nods once again, seeming to understand your thought process. “One final question…Can you promise me that you will not cause any more trouble from now on?”

“Trouble is my middle name but I suppose I can tone it down a notch!” I chuckled happily.

Aizawa gave a small smirk at your snarky remark. “So you’re not going to give me a straight answer?”

I won't cause as much trouble anymore if that's what ya wanna hear- It wasn't exactly the best answer but it was good enough for Aizawa’s sake.

“That’s…at least somewhat comforting.” Aizawa said as he thought about something for a bit. Eventually, he came to a decision.“Right…I think I’ll let you go for now. But don’t think of this as a second chance, alright? This isn’t me pardoning you. This is me believing that you can change for the better if you really try. Do you understand?”

“No promises!” I grinned but nodded as a show of understanding.

“..Right, right…” Aizawa muttered under his breath as he looked away. “Try not to get into too much trouble, would you? You wouldn’t want me to come and arrest you again.”

Nope- getting arrested once is enough for me to be frank. I sighed softly and a yawn followed soon after “This was surprisingly tiring…”

Aizawa gives a small smirk at your comment. “That’s nice to hear. Well, I think that about sums up our conversation. You may leave now.”

Cya!!! I smile warmly before leaving

Aizawa gave a small wave and a soft, genuine-looking smile as you left.

I stop in my tracks and turn around with an awkward smile on my face rubbing the back of my neck “I just remembered… I don't exactly have a place to go right now haha…”

Aizawa chuckles quietly as he notices you stopping and turning around. “Oh? Right. I completely forgot to ask you if you had a home or not. Do you have a place you can stay at during the duration of your treatment here?”

No... Not at the moment exactly. I look at him very awkwardly wondering how I let that slip my thoughts

Aizawa gives a small sigh as he rubs his chin a bit. “Of course…Okay, this might be a little awkward but would you mind temporarily staying with me until we can find you a place to stay? I don’t want you to be on the streets during your treatment.”

I didn't hate the idea I smirked “Aww sweet- i wouldn't mind but I wouldn't wanna be a burden to you either…”

Aizawa shakes his head at that. “Nonsense. I have plenty of space in my home to keep you. I doubt you’ll be a burden to me in any way.”

“Then in that case yeah I wouldn't mind staying at your place for a while... I can see the headlines already. 'Pro hero Eraserhead let's former villain Shoya Tanaka stay in his home.’” I chuckled softly

“Oh, there’s no need to worry about that. No one would find out.” Aizawa said with a smile. “And even if they did, I doubt it’d be much of a problem for either of us anyway.”
