ENTITLED TO HIM

PROLOGUE

It's been 2am. Still Rocky hasn't returned from his work. Reena was waiting for him and she still didn't had her dinner. He hasn't even informed her that he will be coming late. But this is not the first time he is doing this. She understands it everytime but not today as it was their first wedding anniversary.

Rocky and Reena have been married for an year now. Ever since their marriage she has been performing her role of trophy wife perfectly. Did I say trophy wife. Yes because after marriage Rocky has become super duper workaholic. He doesn't have time for his wife. Reena was trying very hard to cope with his nature but today it just pained her so much that she is feeling numb.

'What happened to us? I know my husband's first and foremost goal is to fulfill his mother's promise but did he become so much greedy that he is forgetting his wife or is he seeing someone else'???
She was drowned in her own thoughts and that's when she heard her husband's voice.
'You are still awake chinna. Why didn't you go to bed'?
Reena just stared at the floor and didn't give any reply.
'Did you had your dinner'.
Still she didn't replied.
'Why are you keeping quiet Reena'??
'Do you know today's speciality'.
'Today what's so special today. Look Reena I am so tired now. So let's keep all the conversations for tomorrow. Come lets go to bed'.
'You go I'll come in a bit'.
'Okay. Don't be late'. Rocky said climbing up the stairs.
But the last string of Reena broke. She just sat there crying thinking about her life. After an hour she got up from there and went to their room. She found her husband in a deep slumber. She just stared at him thinking about the sweet memories they shared and slowly drifted into sleep.

Next morning

Reena opened her eyes and found her husband not on the bed. She knew that he had already left for the mines and went to freshen up. After coming out of the washroom she sat on her bed staring at her reflection on the mirror.
She looked at her pale face and said to herself.
'Where did that old sassy Reena gone? I thought I was going to get happiness after marrying him but I was wrong. I actually lost myself after marrying him.
Does he love me now? Because if he did he wouldn't avoid me like this. Is money and power more important to him than me or is he really cheating on me'.
The last thought did bring tears to her eyes but she still believed that he won't cheat on her.
'Enough of your crying. You are wasting your tears for a man who doesn't care about you. Its time to bring that old Reena back. I should start focusing on myself rather than focusing on someone who doesn't love me anymore. And I know how I am gonna do that'.
Reena stood up from there with a determined look on her face.
