Earth and it's humans were no exception.Since the dawn of time they have been at each others throats from generation to generation.War eventually exhausted itself and peace was established.But it was only a matter that they will eventually fight another war.And this was like no other.A mechanical alien like race called Raptures invaded Earth and the planet's defenders stood strong and fast.But despite the years of evolution and adaptation of technology,battle after battle humanity was loosing ground on the surface and slowly were driven underground and forced to take refuge until they can find a way to take back the surface of their world from the alien threat
But like most of the time things never go according to plan.Like a cornered animal it will kick it's instinct to survival mode in order to save and protect itself by any means necessary.And the humans were no exception either.Some groups and factions betrayed their own hoping that the alien invaders would spare them and accept them as their allies.Those who didn't betray their own saw the outcome from a mile away and when the traitors served their purpose...let's just say that not even an alien race such as the raptures are not strangers to "taking care" of loose ends
Eventually Humanity lost the surface and was driven underground and forced to establish prosperity there until they could reclaim the surface.And once again humanity was known for it's good ability to adapt and evolve on almost any and every situation it finds itself.
In the present era female warriors known as Nikke "Goddess of Victory" were brought into this world.And they were the first step against the war with the raptures

But that was not the main topic or problem.In an unknown location of a secret base,signs of fight could be seen left and right.But it wasn't the raptures that killed them.It was one of their best that tried to "dispose" but instead they failed and called him a "traitor"
Hypocrites all of them.His only mistake was not focused or paying attention to what his "enemies" said.He should have listened.But you can't turn back the clock
Elsewhere in the final lower level of the base the "traitor" that wore tactical gear manage to defeat a failed/defective male nikke prototype with just one arm since the prototype cut off the figure's right arm with a katana.But that wasn't the main issue.Finishing it off with a Spas 12 to it's main core and fell on the cold metal floor defeated and broken the "traitor" drops it and falls down due to constant adrenaline rush and blood loss but he has not passed out or died.Not yet.Dragging himself from the ground as he made his towards a large ball like device and through the glass he saw a stasis pod like container but it's glass was blocked for all to see.He looks below him and sees a big red glowing button with a nuclear sign and below it it said
"Commence Project Ragnarok"
Then the figure dives into it's inner consciousness and remembers the recent voice that told him-no SCREAMED at him
