IN THE SANATORIUM
After Mike manages to enter the place he begins to explore the sanatorium.
Mike approaches a large door of the Sanatorium, in that door there was a small rectangular hole.
Michael begins to observe two people facing away from him and two dogs through this small rectangular hole.

Mike saw these two people giving bones to these two dogs, the dogs were of a breed extremely similar to wolves so Mike believed that those dogs were wolves.
Mike : Motherfuckers, I'm sure they feeding these wolves human bones.
Mike leaves that place and begins to explore other parts of the Sanatorium.
Michael was in one part of the Sanatorium while Beth and Jack were in another part of the Sanatorium.
Jack says to Beth.
Jack: Hey Beth, take care, I'm going hunting now, I'll be back soon .
Beth: right, take care .
Beth starts walking around the sanatorium with the dogs.
Beth and the dogs pass through hallways extremely close to the room where Mike was exploring .

Mike looks at a wall and can only see the shadow of one of the dogs.
Mike tries to walk more discreetly and carefully so as not to attract the dogs' attention. Beth and the dogs leave that hallway and go to another part of the Sanatorium.
Mike carefully enters the same hallway that Beth and the dogs had passed through.
At the exact moment Mike enters this corridor, Mike comes across a life-size fake skeleton .
Mike: The atmosphere in this place is scary.
