Chapter 7

"Are you alright Wriothesley's?" He had suddenly collapsed. Manet had said something, he had started to panic, screaming crying. I had ordered the guards to escort Manet out. Nobody dared touch Wriothesley's as he panicked. only after he blacked out had I picked him up and brought him to the infirmary in Meropide, it was the closest health center. He rubbed his head and tried to sit up.

 "Ugh- my head. oh, uh Monsieur Neuvillette?" He looked up at me with confusion. 

"You had passed out while you were arguing with Manet." I was worried to mention it in case that triggered whatever had happened before. Anger flashed on his face before worry. 

"Wait- doesn't he have to be at Meropide now?" He sounded panicked. 

"No, after adding the extra chargers he received a death penalty." I replied. 

"Ah good you're awake! Here drink this." Sigewinne called out running over to the bed. Wriothesley looked in disgust at the drink Sigewinne had handed him, but he drank it anyway, not even trying to hide his disgust. 

"Monsieur Neuvillette, may I speak with you?" Sigewinne smiled at me. I nodded in agreement and walked away. 

"He will be alright, I can tell you are worried, he just needs rest." Her words were reassuring. 

"We have already found someone to fill the role of the duke while he recovers." That's good, I'm unsure how he will react though. 

"DAD! Stop worrying!" Sigewinne yells in frustration. 

"Ah I must apologize, but how long will it take for him to recover?" I question, he can't stay in the infirmary for several days, where does he live anyway. 

"It will probably take anywhere from 4-7 days, that is depending on that he gets good rest, and eats well." She replies. 

"Ah, i understand, where would he be staying?" I was worried about him being left at home alone. 

"I'm not sure, he lives in his office, in some rooms underground... but that probably wouldn't be the best place for him to stay." Sigewinne explains. 

"If something caused him to react like that again it would be very bad, do you know of anyone that he would be able to stay with?" I don't really know anyone who doesn't work most of the time, Furina no longer works but she isn't the fondest of Wriothelsey. 

"No, I don't know anyone I apologize Sigewinne."I shake my head. She thinks for a moment. 

"What if he stayed with you for a little while?" She asks. Uh- I work a lot though, i wouldn't be home most of the day. Why did she have to suggest my house. 

"And before you say anything about work, you spend most of your days in an office, I'm sure you could find some space for him to stay while you work." She grinned at me. How could I say no to that face. I let out a sigh. 

"Alright Sigewinne he can stay with me." I reply in defeat. She grins widely. 

"Fantastic! take good care of him!"
