she sat there, staring at the wall.
wondering if she would ever get out. get the new life she wanted. boxes were piled in her room, ready to be moved. she had four hours till they move away from maddie's hometown in Florida to Pittsburgh. she will have to make new "friends" and will be able to have the new life she wanted.
"Maddie! Bring down the rest of your boxes!" her mother yelled.
"no, I'm not ready." She quietly said.
"Madison! Let's go! NOW!" she boomed.
Maddie took four boxes down the stairs and glared at her mother and walked back up. since their was nothing left except her phone, chargers, and other things for the ride. she climbed out the window onto the roof where she has spent many hours.
she looked out and said "it's time for a new life."
